The reviews I’ve read about spectacular customer service is far from what i encountered today. I understand that businesses are very short handed but for an employee of a deli not wanting to slice me 5lbs of lunch meat and treated me with disrespect and to tell me that it’s “weird for me to be standing there waiting for my order” is beyond what i expect spectacular service. Calling the establishment to speak to a manager with my concerns, the manager Dana gave me nothing but excuses on her employees behavior. My Family absolutely loves this place. We order breakfast sandwich almost every weekend here. My husband doesn’t like cheese and they make sure it’s perfect every time for him.. also the BEST Turkey hoagies..!!!
