We recently visited-7/8 (9pm) your restaurant with a group of 8 adults and 8 children. We thoroughly enjoyed the food—especially the sandwiches, which were fresh and flavorful. The overall quality was excellent, and I would gladly recommend your establishment based on the dining experience alone.
However, I would like to bring to your attention a concern regarding how the closing procedures were handled during our visit. While the adults had finished dining around 9:45 PM and stepped outside to the patio to avoid disrupting the staff, the children were still finishing their meals inside. Without any prior notice, the manager on duty, John, turned off the lights and closed the doors. One of the children was still in the restroom at the time, which caused considerable confusion and distress among the group.
We understand that staff may be eager to close after a long day, but we believe this situation could have been handled more thoughtfully. A simple courtesy notice about the store’s closing time would have allowed us to wrap up our visit in an orderly and respectful manner.
We hope you will take this feedback constructively and consider implementing a more guest-friendly approach to closing procedures in the future—especially when children are involved.

I Just ordered a simple, plain steak and cheese and when I got home (to wellfleet from Dennis so it’s not like I was just gonna ride round trip 40 more mins to get another bad one...) I opened it up to find what amounted to straight up charcoal stuck around a mostly unmelted center of cheese. I’ve never seen anything quite like it- both wayyy over-cooked and undercooked at the same time. Most locations have been closed and now I see why.    Read moreI’m a DoorDash driver and I never had to wait a half and hour and the gm was rude to another driver not liking that one bit and there was some safety codes too like trash overflowing while they were cooking too and everyone was waiting too long for sandwiches and as a DoorDash driver I never had to wait almost 30 minutes for a order it’s ridiculous and there was people in line waiting and the gm didn’t make contact with them and be rude to everybody too also to my DoorDash Uber eats Grubhub postmates any third party drivers don’t accept orders from them because they don’t make contact with you and you have to wait almost 35 mins third party please be warned if you do go there I’m calling corporate tommrow about the incident I was also lied to that they said I was at the wrong restaurant which I wasn’t just putting...
