I am having a new shed installed and went to Mid Cape to pick out roof shingles. I was trying to match something up with our house roof shingles as best I could. A nice employee ( sorry did not get his name) asked if I needed any help. When I told him what I was looking for he told me he had just the guy to help me. “Andy” was quickly summoned and came to assist me. When I told him what I was looking for he asked me where I lived. I told him ( about 3 miles from the Dennis store) and he asked if it was ok to go down and look at my roof. I said no problem. He also asked if it was ok to go onto the roof to get a good look. He gave me his phone number and said he would be in touch. Within an hour he called and told me what shingle he thought would work best. He even told me he went up on the roof to get a good look at how much wear there was on my existing house roof. He then said he would drop off a sample of his recommendation a little later in the day. Sure enough he showed up with a sample a little later. His selection was as close as you could get. Talk about going “ Above and Beyond”. Andy is the epitome of what the words “ Customer Service” mean. This was my first encounter with Mid Cape but certainly won’t be my last.    Read moreI like the variety of products offered. I understand the check out process when buying stuff from the yard. My ONLY complaint is when I go to pay for something, I never know where to stand. It is a U shaped counter, there are usually at least two, if not three cashiers there, but I never know where the line should form.(This was a pre-covid complaint). I often find that some customers just walk up to a cashier while I am politely waiting my turn, while apparently standing in the wrong spot. I don't think you need velvet ropes or an elaborate scheme, but maybe some tape on the floor, "Line Forms Here." Especially in Covid times. It would be helpful for the casual shopper to have some direction. Perhaps the regular Contractors have this all figured out, but I don't. If banks, fast food places, Marshalls, etc can set up a simple system for an orderly check out, I would think the management at Mid Cape could do likewise. Especially now. Thank you. Thanks...

We worked with Donna, “D”, Foster at the Dennis location and I cannot say enough good things about her professionalism, knowledge and efficiency throughout the whole process forgetting a bathroom vanity!
She worked with us with the bathroom projects time lines, continuously followed up with emails and phone calls, etc., even “made it happen” to minimize the vanity’s length After the order was sent to the manufacturer based upon our changing of our minds in the 11th hour !!
As Someone who has bought & sold maaaany houses over the years, I /we can’t say enough of good things for our experience Working with “D” foster. If you want a “nice vanity” , I think she does Kitchen’s as well, Go see her.
