One of the worst chicken cutlet subs I’ve ever had, especially for $14.50. If you like soggy, previously frozen chicken, this is the place for you! The reheated previously frozen chicken (no crisp, just wet breading) is tossed on top of a bed of lettuce in a sub roll that falls apart. Not good, did not finish the sandwich. I would highly recommend staying away from anything “hot food” related there. Quite surprised at the lack of quality ingredients, especially coming from the owners of Woolfies. I called Holly’s on a Tuesday afternoon at 1:30 PM to place an order for 2 sandwiches. I had been in the past and thought they made tasty sandwiches but had noticed an often lengthy wait. I tried calling 3 times to no success. I went to the deli anyways and sure enough, I heard the owner ask the customer in front of me (presumably a regular) if she called three times and that “no one better bother trying to place a phone order past 11.” I found this quite frustrating as it is not common knowledge to many of her customer base. Very basic food. Nothing special about it. My family and I spent over $110 for dinner only to get home and have no chicken on my Cobb salad, mind you we paid an extra $4 for it. They also didn't put lettuce on my daughter's sub as requested and didn't give my husband the correct salad dressing. The food was kinda blah. The egg salad had almost zero flavor, the Cobb salads were 80% ice burg lettuce and they put egg salad on the Cobb salad instead of hard boiled eggs.
