My second visit and love it even more than my first one. This time it was a cold, windy, November afternoon and I needed a cappuccino to warm me up. No DD for me, I want a real coffee from a real coffee shop. I was pleasantly surprised to see it was very busy when I arrived. It’s such a great place to spend a cold afternoon with friends and a warm cup of joe. It wasn’t busy in the sense that you had to wait to order but a lot of the tables, high tops and couches were occupied.
I ordered my cappuccino and saw they had GF muffins. I don’t have Celiac Disease but I find the less wheat I eat the better I feel so i try and eat GF foods as often as I can. I’ll be the first to admit that some GF items don’t taste as good as the regular ones, but if I didn’t know it I would have never known my blueberry muffin was GF. It was moist, flavorful, tasty and fresh. I couldn’t have been more pleased with it. My cappuccino was spot on and i enjoyed them both at a high top in the back of the shop. It’s a real working coffee shop as there are huge bags of coffee beans all around.
This is the kind of coffee shop where people linger with friends, do work on a laptop or read a book(there’s a small free library too). It’s kind of like Starbucks only without the pretense. If you get your coffee to stay you get in a large real coffee cup, unlike DD or Starbucks. That alone is worth points in my book. It has a warm, cozy, friendly atmosphere, unlike a corporate laid out DD or Starbucks.
The staff is very friendly and efficient. They are open year round and are a great addition to my area. I look forward to many more warm, inviting days at Three Fins...
Read moreWe stumbled across this capecod hotspot from following the @gacoffeecc and their journey. We were blessed by Sam being our clerk. After telling him how we heard of the cafe, He let us know he was training for the Great Awakenings Location....He was amazing.... ☕ The atmosphere was aromatically inviting from the moment we got out of our car...They roast the coffee right here on site. 🍪 The menu was packed full of eye opening 👀 brews. I ordered a iced mocha Latte and was delighted by it's bold , yet smooth consistency. It did not need me to add anything. The barista knocked the beans out of the park on my drink. ☕ We got a few different FRESH BAKED treats. Our desire for something delectable were not only met, but they surpassed any pre conceived notion we may have walked in with. 🪑 We utterly enjoyed relaxing at this caffeinated emporium. We look forward to coming back again. We also look forward to checking out @gacoffeecc once it opens. . #coffee #caffeinereview #cafe #caffeinatedemporium #capecodcafes #robica...
Read moreBeen coming here for years and have always enjoyed it. Great location, easy parking, cool decor and vibe. Coffee is usually good. Unfortunately, the last two visits the hot latte I usually get was more tepid than hot. My partner was frustrated enough to take hers back for a re-do which was kindly accommodated, but the new one was the same, sort of tepid. I tend to avoid drama so just drank mine without the typical enjoyment. Could your milk thermometer be broken? Maybe a training deficiency? I'd much rather give a 5-star review to this establishment but can't justify it when I can't depend on my hot latte to be hot, especially at today's prices plus advance tip. Sadly, I'll reluctantly go elsewhere now for my coffee experience. In fact I was at the Three Fins in Chatham a couple days ago, ordered the same drink, and it was appropriately hot...
