TJ Loopie's Sips N' Sweets — Restaurant in Denton Township

We stopped in for a first time visit with the kids, none of which knew what they wanted. The staff was patient with them while they chose their goodies. The cases looked very yummy with all the fun treats. I will say, the only thing I didn’t love was that all the frosting is cream cheese based, which I don’t love, so that turned me off immediately. But I know most people love it. We got a couple frosted sugar cookies, a cream puff, a few chocolate chip cookies (filled with ganache), a pineapple upside down cupcake, and a strawberries and cream cupcake. My favorite was the strawberry cupcake (it had strawberry jelly in the middle!!). We will come back to try some of the other fun...

We are so fortunate to have this wonderful sweets shop in town! I love their cheesecake it tastes homemade as it should, not commercial. I have yet to try the rolled ice cream, that photo from another review looks amazing, so I will be back soon! The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is because the cupcakes although they look beautiful lacks in flavor as apposed to the beautiful gourmet look. Maybe I need to try a difference cupcake and find out! Yes!! I do however love the fresh lemonade they make as you wait, shaken not stirred, and oh so good, and sometimes they have their lemonade stand set up...

I can’t find the words to express the gratitude for this family owned business. TJ Loopies made 18 dozen assorted cupcakes for my daughter’s wedding and they were an absolute hit. I heard nothing but good reviews from the guests at the wedding how awesome the cupcakes were. T J Loopies even went above and beyond to use color coordinated cupcake liners to match the theme of my daughter’s wedding. Please don’t hesitate to order from this family owned business for your next event. TJ Loopies is our favorite spot to visit as we have a cottage in Higgins Lake. Top notch business. We love...
