I have attempted to visit this location now twice. There are no signs to direct you in and out but apparently specific ways to access the coffee shop.
The first time I used the road closest to the location and apparently that's the exit. I was on my way to work and didn't have time to search so I turned around and just went to work. They had an employee standing there who indicated there was a flag.
Apparently that was just for the day. I tried again today and didn't see a flag but drove into the Costco parking lot and eventually stumbled upon the entrance. While the drive thru lane was signed "choose the shortest line" as I approach the building the staff was standing outside waving me over to the other line. It wasn't clear how you were supposed to get over there... but it was clear that was their expectation.
If you are going to have one way entrances, specific lines, etc they should be clearly marked! I have not even had your coffee and I am not going to be frustrated each time I come to try it!
You have made your location unreasonably difficult to access. It is definitely a mistake not to have entrance and exit signs. It's also a mistake to have a sign telling me to choose any line, when only one line is available.
These types of missteps can definitely make or...

We were excited to try 7Brew and ordered a few slushees—but were shocked to find plastic shards mixed into the drinks.
It was honestly very concerning, especially considering how easily someone could have swallowed them. My little sister ALMOST did swallow a piece she thought was ice, but somehow was hard to chew. She then investigated to find out these pieces were ruck to the inside of the plastic cup and not melting like the rest of the ice.
When we brought it to the attention of the manager, Conor, his reaction was surprisingly casual.
There was no apology, no urgency, and no real acknowledgment of how serious this could have been. He didn’t pause operations or seem to investigate how it happened—something we would expect any responsible business to do immediately for the safety of their customers. He offered a refund lol But failed to or simply didn't want to acknowledge how serious this could've been.
We understand mistakes can happen, but the lack of safety, concern and accountability is what really left a bad taste.
A simple apology and a proactive response would have gone a long way. We truly hope this was an isolated incident, but after this experience, we won’t...
Read moreFirst time visit and never going back. When we pulled up there was maybe 8 cars ahead of us and the wait time was horrible, two lanes and still took us over 30 minutes to get our drinks, and one of them was wrong but we had no time to request for a new one. I would’ve assumed that by the time we were up in the front our drinks would be ready or just about to be done making them but no. It still took an additional 8 minutes to get our drinks. A lot of their staff were just standing outside playing around. A young girl with long hair was in charge of handling the drinks for one lane and wiping it down before giving it to the customer but was playing with her hair the entire time and the same hand using to rub her head was touching the lids of the cups all around the lid when wiping the cup. Not...
