Every time I visit this Dutch Bros, Pita makes my day — not just my drink. Her energy, heart, and leadership are unmatched. Even with everything my wife and I have been going through, she took the time to connect, uplift, and genuinely care. She even gave us handwritten cards — one for me, and one filled with kind messages from the whole staff for my wife, who’s been hospitalized for months. That moment meant the world to me.

Pita is the heart and soul of this location. She doesn’t just show up — she leads with intention, compassion, and excellence every single time. Whether it’s how she connects with people, how she carries herself under pressure, or how she uplifts her team, she radiates leadership. Even during the busiest parts of the day, she makes time for people. If Dutch Bros is looking for future regional leaders, trainers, or even corporate reps, this is who you want. Pita is everything this company should be proud of — and more.

Emely is one of the most genuine and uplifting people I’ve ever encountered at any Dutch Bros. She has a gift for making every customer feel welcomed, remembered, and appreciated. She’s not just friendly — she connects. Her presence brings joy to the experience, and her consistency speaks volumes about her dedication. Dutch Bros is truly better because she’s a part of it. I’d trust her to lead a team or run a store with excellence — no doubt in my mind.

Nessie brings that same leadership and heart. She moves with purpose and intention, and you can tell she truly loves what she does. Her presence makes the whole experience better. Dutch Bros is lucky to have someone like her on the team.

I was so excited to see this Dutch Bros open. Totally expected growing pains just like any other newly opened business. I frequent the Aurora and GVR location about 3 days a week (drinks are delicious). Today was definitely the worse experience of all time at the GVR location. Why? The young women at the window literally lied to me in my face. I ordered a dirty Blue Oasis, which I just had yesterday at the Aurora location. She handed me a drink called the Shark Attack to which I told her this is not my drink I ordered the Blue Oasis. She then told me they changed the name and that both drinks are the same thing (they are not). I didnt want to slow the already dreadfully slow line down so I accepted the drink and pulled off and parked. I pulled up the app, screenshot both drinks and took it to the window to show the difference between the two. The women at the window was visibly puzzled and agreed that the drink I was given which was BROWN in color was not the BLUE Oasis. I tried to give the drink back but she said I had to throw it away myself, ok cool. She then when and fixed me the correct drink. The original girl I dealt with at the window that lied to me said she's worked for Dutch Bros for 2 years and tried to gaslight me should be reprimanded and spoken with immediately. This morning I came by to get an annihilator, which I’ve had many times, and maybe I’m wrong but isn’t the strength of the drink in the name? At other locations I’ve never run into this problem… my drink was literally milk. I know because I watched the girl make it. She put what looked like half a shot of espresso into the cup (I ordered a medium) then filled the rest with milk and topped it off with more ice despite me asking for light ice. I took the drink but had to turn around to have them remake it because it truly would have been a terrible start to my morning if I paid $7 after tip, for milk. They did remake the drink and weren’t rude but looked at me like I’d must have never ordered an annihilator before because it was “made correctly” and they would go ahead and remake it but with extra shots this time. I didn’t want to write a bad review but all the times I’ve come to this location I seem to be disappointed which sucks because I live down the street.
