We were visiting Denver for 10 days and wanted to go to a coffee shop other than Starbucks. We chose to go to Coffeegraph based on the great reviews and indeed the reviewers were spot on! Everything about this place was superb from the drinks to the staff! They make the best matcha latte that I've ever had. The pandan syrup they use is made from scratch with real pandan leaves! My son who has never had pandan syrup fell in love with it. Their hydrocloud with matcha foam, pandan syrup and coconut water is a wonderfully unique and refreshing drink. We loved the place so much we went there 7 out of the 10 days we were in town! The space exudes peace and tranquility. You can spend a lot of time engrossed in whatever you're doing while drinking some great coffee/tea. The icing on the cake has to be the family that owns the shop, Troy, Brenda and Alaric! Their genuineness, warmth and desire to serve their customers with excellent quality coffee and tea drinks that have been painstakingly thought out was greatly appreciated. I have to say that one of the highlights about my time in Denver was finding this gem of a mom-and-pop coffee shop. You cannot go wrong if you decide to give this place a try! Their inventive menu shows the dedication they have to giving their customers more than just the usual coffee drinks. The only downside of finding this place is that I'll have a hard time finding something that...
Read moreWow this place is awesome! Like a coffee version of Banh and Butter in terms of the high quality blend of Asian influences in their ingredients! Ironically they also outsource some baked goods from Banh and Butter's Bakery. On top of that if you thought your sweet tooth wasn't already cured they even offer Parler Croissant Donuts.
Now let's get to the matter at hand: their coffee. They have about 4 different unique syrups they create in house from scratch. We ordered the Pandan because it offers the perfect touch of sweetness and you can even see the Pandan plant they use to make it off to the side. My wife and I both ordered Oat Milk Pandan Lattes and not only was the syrup on point but the ratio of milk to coffee to syrup was exactly what you would want out of a well balanced drink.
The service was also friendly. The owner, who we spoke to for quite a bit, and his son at the counter gave us a full run down of their offerings while still finding time to talk throughout the course of our visit. Having the chance to support a small business owned where every member of a family plays a part in growing the business is fun to watch. This combined with the unique Southeastern Asian influences they incorporate into their ingredients make for a perfect blend like...
Read moreIf I could give this shop 10 stars I would. As soon as I walked in, the owner Troy and his son greeted us warmly. They both took time to explain the menu and the highlights that make their shop unique (so many reasons, from the homemade syrups with unique flavors like pandan to super exclusive pour over beans to Indonesian beans used in their blends).
We sat at the bar and enjoyed a Cloud 9 pour over and the house drip as we chatted with them. The pour over was the best I’ve ever had - so smooth and flavor profile was perfect. The drip was also wonderful. Troy let us even try little samples of the pandan syrup and spicy chai!
Not to mention - the space itself! Beautiful choices with furniture and sooo many outlets if you need to get work done. I am already planning my next remote day of work around being there.
We felt like family and it is so beautiful to see the community they are creating to appreciate Indonesian coffee. This will be my go to coffee shop...
