Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Denver

I wish I could give a lower score. Sunday my daughter ordered domino’s Pizza. This was for her daughters 11th birthday party. We had all been swimming. Everyone was hungry so she attempted to order. I will post the receipt shortly, but we can start with, I made sure we asked for this specials. It was a pick up special for large one toppings understanding that they would add more for more toppings. In fact the gentleman said he’d get the best deal! This is nowhere near the best deal. We looked it up. So the pizzas and chicken were 7.99. This is one of many coupons. Her husband went to Domino’s and picked up the order and brought it back. Unfortunately, the order was not correct. There were items missing, but no worries. We were close and figured we would just call and get it corrected. Not only did they not get everything right and did not seem to care. They tried to say we didn’t even order it from their store. Here’s the problem with that. The phone number is right on the top of my receipt. Maybe they forgot they gave me the receipt I don’t know. So I was charged close to double what it should’ve been and got less than what I ordered.

For starters there were 5 pizzas but I got 3. Then I ordered 1 barbeque bacon and one plain chicken but got one plain. I did not get the peperoni pizza at all I got 2 cheese and one black olive.

When I called after being hung up on twice my sin in law stood in there being told “they do not jave are order and he never picked up” Thats professional.

This ruined a birthday party and you robbed me. For the 3 pepperoni pizzas that should of been 7.99 each they were 50.97. For the handtossed pizzas one cheese ine olive they were 16.99 each and each of the chickens were 10.99.

So not only was I missing half the order I paid 82 dollars for what? I am attaching photos. I am sure I will have to go to BBB but before I do wanted to stop others from getting ran...

The best crew and managers always prompt deliveries (This was a year ago).

7-25-2020 Today was the worst experience I ever had with this store, never before did I ever have the same mistakes twice in one day. Today I ordered 4 pie's I made sure they had my correct address twice, a lil over an hour later I recieved a call from the driver she had the wrong address she went north (we are the apt just south of the store next door), I called the store to complain they tried to offer me a two litter only. I told the guy on the phone a two litter wouldn't serve everybody here in the house, then they offered to replace our order, another hour later nothing, I called the store again and they said the second order was dropped off I said no it wasn't, then they said the driver call as instructed in the parking lot then from the store, I then said I dont think he called in the parking lot because the door was opened. I asked then why didn't he go to the door it was open under 6 inch numbers. I got a long excuse then the kid said well we can give you credit I said look no one wants to eat the pizza that was delivered cold earlier so plz resend the remake and plz don't have the driver call just come to the door and plz don't deliver the hour old pizza that was taken back the second time, 45 mins later we got the re-remake, never had issues before especially when Marcus and Anthony was there, and the last kid said he remembered them, I then told him then you should remember me I am the security officer that stopped two guys from robbing two female drivers, he said yes I do remember you. He appoligized and sent out the pizzas. I am still not happy I told the kid I know all the policys from when I delivered pizzas and when I had instructions to call I would and if I didn't get an answer I would go to the door, only if I didn't get an answer from the door would I then take the delivery back...

Showed up 2 mins before closing and saw my order still in the warming holder and three employees were still in there one was cleaning until i knocked and informed them or tried to inform them that my order was in there he went and looked in it and went over to where the other 2 employees were hiding and talked to them about it, went back to the holding oven and shut the door and went back to cleaning ignoring me. After 15 mins of standing outside waiting and trying to get someone's attention, one employee came out with a pizza and grabbed my order, i thought sweet they're going to let me have my order, NOT! He opened the door and I said hi thats my order can I have it or pay for it, he said well were closed, i said ok but can i have my order he repeated what he said and kept walking to get in his car! Are you fn kidding me, and thats why you're all employees and not owners, employees, making someone else rich and thats all they will probably ever be, sorry you're that hard up and poor that you had to take my order like a pig, knowing youll get it at Dominos expense because you'll lie and pretend like the order was never picked up so not only are you theives your all 3 liars, and have poor customer service. I'd be ashamed to have employees like you three working in my business, costing me money, stealing from me, and then treating my customers like that. If it were me, I'd definitely fire all three of you. Good thing I'm not your boss! Out of the 100s of employees I've had in the past, Im happy to say none of them ever pulled...
