This place is sketchy and a borderline scam. In short, they don't accept the orders from your phone that they advertise in the airport, and they don't use actual KFC chicken filets.
I placed an order from my phone for a quick pickup, thinking that by the time I got there, I could grab it and head to my gate. When I arrived, they said they don't accept phone orders and wouldn't give me the food nor a refund. I went ahead and paid for my meal as I was already there and hungry.
I ordered a double crunch sandwich, and I received 2 grocery store chicken tenders on bread, no KFC crispy chicken filets, and no pickles. Other reviews here confirm this happened to others. How can a KFC branded store slap chicken tendies on bread and pass them as KFC sandwiches? It's almost worth contacting corporate as this feels...
Read moreI guess this is typical for KFC? Went through and placed my order. Went surprisingly quick. When I got to the window to pay, young lady said please pull around to spot #2 we are waiting on tenders, it will be 3 minutes. Right...... 20 minutes later, still no tenders. So I go inside and ask about my order. They have no clue what I'm talking about. I proceed to hand them my receipt and say, this order. Lady looks around and then goes to the kitchen and proceeds to fix my order. Brings it back to me, says thanks and walks away. No apology for the oversight or now 30 minute wait. To top it all off, the tenders were like leather and warm at best. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, nope never again....

I ordered a double crunch bacon and cheese chicken sandwich or something. The chicken was obviously store bought, I've had this sandwich before and I've had their tenders before, I've also had the same tenders they served, from the frozen aisle at Sam's club.
