Make sure you get your credit card back in the drive through!
Really loved the chicken here and sauce was delicious. Unfortunately, I forgot to take my credit card back from the drive through (was in the same order window as the food since it was late at night). I called the next day and they said they had it and I could grab it when I returned a few days later to head back to the airport. The morning I was flying back, I got notified a $246 charge was attempted from my account for a purchase on iherb.com. I had locked my card so it was denied. I went back to pick up my card and two of the employees were really nice but when I told the male manager(?) this, he was super dismissive, said the card had been in the safe and asked if could it have been stolen online somehow. This has never happened in the 7 years of me having a credit card, so that would be a crazy coincidence.
Of course it’s my fault for forgetting my card, but it almost seemed intentional that we waited for our food and it finally came out and they said thank you bye, hoping I would forget about the card maybe? Especially considering the fraudulent charges afterwards, pretty suspicious. 5 star food, 1 star for whatever scam bs they...
Read moreI love Canes so much and i have ate alot of it in several locations here in Colorado, but i have to say my experience today at the one in greenvalley ranch denver was terrible!! Its not the food but more the unprofessional drive thru girl!! For working in customer service you should be taking care of your guess! So i asked the employee for honey mustard and she said it will cosy extra! I dont mind paying at all, but when you close the drive through window and start shaking your head at me that gives me the vibe that you dont want me here! And so when i asked her for her name she told me i dont have to give it to you! So i ask her if i can speak with a manager !! But she told me that we are really busy theres cars behind you and still refused to call the manager and she still wouldnt give me her name so i pulled forward and parked and went in the store and spoked to manager on duty!! He was absolutely understanding and took care of me but just this experience with the girl at the drive through today will not have me back at this location!! Read moreSo I am not sure if this is a new location or not. I am new to the neighborhood. But, the unsweetened ice tea was colored water so I ended up with Coke Zero; but I try to avoid diet soda.
The crinkle fries, which I love, were a disappointment. The color was on point but the inside was mushy like they were not fully cooked, and the tenders were okay.
One was cooked to perfection. The other two were greasy and hard to eat.
Thankfully I had napkins in the car because none were included in my to go order...That was on me for not remembering to check for them prior to leaving.)
Suggestion please add napkins to the take out orders or remind us about the napkins when you hand us our food. "The napkins are located by the drinks and straws if you need any... have a great day!"
