Rude people and trying to steal your money. We drove all the way from Colorado Springs and they wanted to give me one cup of salad for 25 pupusas that I ordered. Worst part is cashier (who claimed to be a manager) was trying to charge me $13 of extra salad without even warning me. Also it was $1.99 pupusa Tuesday and they were trying to charge me $2.05 for each. When I asked why cashier had no answer and just laughed and gave me an attitude. I had to leave without my order since I had lost my appetite due to the rudeness and horrible experience. I’ve been here before and it’s never happened. “Real manager” finally showed up after asking for him multiple times and did not make things right. All he said was don’t worry about the cashier, now you are dealing with me. This restaurant needs to make sure hospitality is number one and know that there are many pupuserias out there to have to drive over an hour out here to experience this. I have spent over $100 every time I come here since and I will no longer be coming again. **replying to management: Thank you for replying. I had two separate orders for two separate destinations. (My mom ordered some for her home) and I had made that clear and cashier wanted to still give me one cup for both orders (13) and (12) pupusas. So they should not have only given me one cup for two separate orders of a total of 25 pupusas. Also, when they were inputing the pupusas to the computer they had not asked me if I was paying cash or card and were still going to charge me $2.05 per pupusa. My family and I decided to hit up this place one afternoon. We walked inside and no one greeted us, not a waitress in sight. We noticed the bar tender and she noticed us too but we weren't even greeted by her. So then we just decided to sit down at an available table. Minutes flew by and no one, not even the bar tender that noticed us came to check on us. We felt DESCRIMINATED against and we just left. I've been to many many restaurants in my life in Colorado and have NEVER received this bad of a service to where we just felt bad. I would suggest to stay away if you expect good service from such establishment.

No bueno. Yo y mi familia decidimos ir una tarde, entramos y nadien nos recibio. La unica muchacha que estaba de atras del bar ni nos saludo. Bueno pensamos que a lo mejor la mesara estaba a tras or atendiendo a otros clientes y decidimos sentarnos nosotros mismos por que parecio que nomas abia solamente 1 persona atendiendo el bar y tomando ordenes al mismo tiempo. UPDATE: IF THE PUPUSA IS COMING OUT BURNT THEN ITS TIME TO CHANGE LA PLANCHA SANE ISSUE WITH THE LAST OWNER ALSO POLLO CON TAJADAS HALF MY CHICKEN IS MISSING HALF OF THE CHICKEN MUST OF FELL ON THE FRYER AND IF ITS DARK THEN ITS TIME TO CHANGE THE OIL.
