I ordered a venti pumpkin spice cold brew with light ice and a venti pumpkin spice latte. Their bathroom is closed, so I had time to walk across the street to McDonald's to take my son to the bathroom. By the time I got back, they still haven't even started my drinks. I stood their and watched them make my drinks. I noticed she put a full cup of ice and I tried to get her attention before she poured the cream on top. They just completely ignored me. One was on her phone, one was actually working, one disappeared, and the other one was making my drinks. When she finally came to the window I told her that I asked for light ice. She said she can remake it, and I told her I didn't want to make a fuss. If she could just scoop some of the ice out by chance. She looked at me with an attitude and said she would remake it. I said okay. So she slowly strolls back to her station and the next thing I know, 2 of the other girls look at me and shake their heads. Really? That is how your customer service is? At least be considerate and wait until I walk away before you talk about me. Because of her rudeness and inability to make a drink with the proper instructions, I am here writing this critical review. The employee greeted me and had the credit card machine in his hand ready so that I could use it to pay. I didn't push the tip button and paid, we'll when after transaction was approved he turned around and said to the other employees " She didn't tip " I heard him say this loud and clear. I turned toward my daughter in SHOCK ! and told her what he said. I ordered the new crystal ball drink, or whatever it's called, and I asked for extra peach syrup. The lady taking my order said very rudely how it will make it watery, & I told her it was ok.
