My wife and I came into this location at 5:48 PM on 8/12/21. The place looked like it had been renovated however the Customer Service was horrible!!! their were (3) ladies one on the register one walked to the back room area and the young woman with dark hair making subs. My wife noticed flies all around the prep table on the glass landing on prep areas and even flew onto my wife uncovered sub. We told the woman making the food about the flies and where it landed on wife sub she walked over to the fixings side of table and snatched the sub off counter and threw away I attempted to talk to the woman making the sub mine was footlong pro meatball marina and the woman responded to me had the fly landed on my sub it would of been extra Protein for my sub. Shocked I received a response from her like that my wife and I wanted to hurry up get our food and leave the store. I bought a total of 3 subs that day and a Large Coke. We mentioned to the lady on the register about the fly being on the sub and we were still charged for sub. I have bought multiple subs at this location this was the worst. While subs were being made a Spanish lady came out from the back she didn't wash her hands and just put on gloves to dress the customers food on the Fixing side with covid-19 cant be to careful but you would think the staff would of tighten things flies situations up but they acted as they didn't care the flies were all...
Read moreI don’t have any issues with sandwiches itself since I come in and eat all times (I don’t do online orders). But one thing I noticed that’s constantly happening is their soda fountain machine. Most of time when I dine in, their soda machine is either out of CO2 or have majority of sodas being out of stock. There were no visible warnings and the cashier didn’t say a word when I told them I want to buy a drink cup for soda. Several times I went to soda fountain to be disappointed that all main flavors (Coke, Dr Pepper, and Sprite) are out. At few occurrences, ALL sodas are out with sparkling water as only option and still no warnings at all. Seriously, if they don’t have any soda BIBs left then they need to order more to have enough in stock all times. Plus they need to shut down the fountain if they don’t have any soda BIBs left to avoid getting too many upset customers for buying drink cups for nothing and demanding...

And I understand some things are just not their problem, but when I didn’t receive my order, another dasher stopped by and they said somebody already had picked it up. Things happen people steal, but they didn’t want to redo the order to the other dasher. DoorDash had to cancel my order and on top of that said they credited me back, but I still had to pay $11 more to replace that same order which yeah I’ll take it up with them. But that’s not all, when I finally received my Subway order, my sandwich was plain when I basically ordered almost all the ingredients lettuce, peppers, olives… etc. I waited a whole hour and a half, for my order… I’m not one to complain but this honestly just made me so upset… I don’t plan on ordering from here again and I know you guys don’t care.
