I've given this Taco Bell location multiple chances, but every visit ends with frustration. It's almost become a running joke that my order will never be right.
First off, the missing items. I can't count the number of times I've ordered and paid for items, only to get home and realize they're not in the bag. It's incredibly frustrating, especially when you're looking forward to a specific item. Whether it's a taco, a burrito, or even a simple side of nachos, something always seems to be missing. I've tried checking my order at the counter, but even then, mistakes slip through.
Secondly, the wrong items. When I do receive everything I ordered, it's often incorrect. I ask for a beef burrito and get a bean burrito instead. I request no tomatoes due to an allergy, and yet they appear almost every time. Special requests seem to be completely ignored. Itās as if there's a disconnect between what I order and what the kitchen prepares.
The staff is generally polite, but that doesnāt make up for the constant mistakes. You tried to reach out to speak to the managers, and surprise surprise, the phone just rings for minutes on end until you hang up. It's disheartening because I do enjoy Taco Bellās food when it's done right, but this location can't seem to get it together.
In summary, if you value accuracy and reliability in your fast food experience, this Taco Bell location might not be for you. Itās a gamble whether you'll get what you paid for, and the inconvenience of having to go back to correct orders isnāt worth it. Here's hoping they can improve their service...

Came in and sat by the counter and waited⦠after 15 minutes of watching drive thru order after drive thru order go out the window I checked to see if they had an online order for Bill. I was told no. He then went to get the manager out of the back office. On the way he saw the order at the workstation for inside orders⦠the one no one was working on. He said oh look. It just came through. I advised him that was there the entire 15 minutes Iāve been waiting. They then began to make my order. When they got to the last 2 items they realized they were out of already cooked potatoes and needed to fry some new ones. She got distracted doing something else and 10 minutes later I asked the manager why so few items were taking so long. She found out that they were waiting on potatoes to finish. The potatoes were finished 5 minutes ago. Finally my order was done. 25 minutes after walking in the door. When I sat down with the food⦠everything except the potatoes was cold. I asked for only one of the items to be remade as I didnāt have time to wait for a whole new order.
This may have been easier to deal with if the staff was whatsoever concerned or polite about the situation. Iām sorry me ordering food at your establishment was such an inconvenience to you. No worries. This will not...

And I will tell you right now this is absolutely the slowest fast-food location let alone TacoBell I have ever experienced. Ever. There is one single guy in front preparing BOTH the drivethru orders and any orders for DoorDash and lobby customers. There is one person pressing the burritos, and one with a headset. So⦠3 employees total? Wow. -According to Google Maps I āarrived at storeā to pickup the order at exactly 9:10pm and did not leave the store with my (burnt) chicken until after 9:45pm. Now Iām no rocket science but Iām pretty sure I could fly to Jupiter & back by the time they had this order ready. I would also love to see an English-speaking employee in the restaurant but sadly, there was not a single ONE. Unfortunately this is not the first time, this routine occurs every single time I visit this location. At minimum you will spend 40minutes (40minutos) waiting for your food to be prepared.
