Absolutely amazing! Customer service is the cream of the crop! You order a pizza online. After ordering and getting a 25-35 minute window you will get a phone call from the driver 47 minutes later from them being lost. After you give them the directions (including street names and landmarks) from where they are to your house they call back 22 minutes later laughing and saying they somehow ended up right back at the same spot... you say nevermind and you would like a refund.... no phone call, no I’m sorry, no anything..... the your wife calls to speak to the “manager” gets out on hold twice..... when the “manager “ who sounds like he just finished off a fresh joint finally answers you get the awesome experience of being told 6-7 business days for your refund and next time to “not hang up after saying nevermind with an attitude” and that he isn’t responsible for the attitude the your wife gave him.... speed forward to him literally yelling the help desk number over the phone and telling you that you need to understand that some people are new before him then saying you are giving him attitude for nothing...... greatest family dining experience ever and I hope the “manager” reads this too. Every single other driver ever sent was able to listen and comprehend the directions and find us.... quite easily as a matter of fact..... it’s nice to know that you just lost us as customers.... I’m quite sure othe companies will gladly take our hard...

And first, I would like to say, we all know you have to move the pepperoni's around to make it look more professional. second, the driver had the soda in with the pizza bag sitting on top of the pizza's, huge no no. He lifted up the bag side ways at the front desk, (I am in a hotel) and I get back up to my room and pizza's were horribly smashed. Called to get my pizza's remade, because as an employee of Papa John's I hate to see our product so unpoorly taking care of. After an hour long wait, driver comes back. I ask him to pull out both pizza's, first one isn't smashed but badly cut, and again the pepperoni's weren't moved again. So he looks at the second, than looks back at me like it's ok. Smashed again, and I said "come on dude, really!? and he says oh I don't know what they did. and I said no bro! that's you. I was gonna give back the first 2 pizza's but I decided to keep them for such poor product quality, and customer service as well. Than I look outside, he leaves in a white car, with no topper, also shirt untucked. Now, I do not like to "snitch" on people, because I know what it's like to deliver pizza's. But, come on! how many of our customers are receiving this poor service? Sad.... Pizza is so easy guys, don't make it look like...
Read moreTerrible food, delivery and customer service. We ordered 2 pizzas, wings and 3 2 liter sodas at 12:21 PM. Papa John's delivery tracker stated 24-36 minute delivery. 12:44 delivery tracker stated food on it's way. 12:59 delivery tracker stated food was delivered ( which it wasn't ). I called Papa John's to ask where our order was and that the delivery tracker stated it was delivered. I was told that the food was on it's way and should be here shortly. 1:35 PM I caller them again to find out where our order was and was told it should be there. 1:49 PM delivery driver showed. I told him finally...if it's cold I dont want it. While I was opening the food he jumped in his car and drove off. I opened up the food which was cold and not completely cooked ( still doughy ). I got in my car and took the order back 3 blocks away to Papa John's for a refund. When I get there and tell what happened one of the workers tried arguing with me saying they are short staffed that's why my delivery was so late and if I wanted to I could fill out an application as a delivery driver... really?? I told them just wanted my money back and was told I should have it back in my bank account in 48 hours....rude... I will never order from them again. It is now Domino's or Anthony's Pizza...
