Taco Bell — Restaurant in Denver

This place is PATHETIC! I came here 3 times in the past week and they messed up my order ALL 3 TIMES!!!. The first time, I ordered a Baja Blast, Hashbrown, and a Sausage Breakfast Crunchwrap and they forgot to put a hashbrown inside of the Crunchwrap like it's supposed to have. 2nd time, I ordered a Double Steak Grilled Cheese Burrito with Nacho Fries inside of it but with no Rice or Red Strips and they ended up not putting any Steak at all in it. Then today, I ordered the same exact thing and they put Grilled Chicken in it instead of Steak. I would've just brought the food back to get my orders replaced with what I actually ordered but all 3 times, I just stopped by on my way to work and didn't find out that they messed them up until I was already at my job so I couldn't just come back to the store so I tried to call them multiple times throughout the days and they just do not answer the phone at all. So I guess I will stop by tomorrow and ask for refund for the first 2 orders and a replacement of the last one and we'll see how that goes, then I'll try to update this...

This is by far the WORST Taco Bell in the franchise!! I've lived near this Bell for 2 years and I've almost never gotten a correct food order or the app work correctly for this location. I have been charged 3 times in the last 2 months for food I've not received and received 0 compensation or even human decency to monitor their own mistakes. This morning was the last straw after showing in the app MY ORDER! PLUS BANK STATEMENT OF THE FOOD PURCHASE!! Store manager scoofed at me and said I don't see the charge and I don't see how this is my problem.... your entire staff at this location needs replaces, charged for theft of customers and never let back to work for this industry again. I've never dealt with more rude and condensending employees in my life. I am a chef and in the restaurant industry and if I could personally and permanently close this...

$31.00 for 6 soft tacos and 2 beef nacho things. The menu says 2.99 each. I know the tax rate in denver isn't that high. Maybe the employees are pocketing cash. I've been here a dozen times over the years it's been open. And for all of those years this place has always been run poorly and the food has never been even halfway descent. The owner just seem to care at all. He just keeps taking people's money. This place should be closed and maybe a different place should go in its spot. Which and owner who actually cares and respects his staff and customers. Funny how the owner has never responded to any of my reviews there. Pretty sure he knows how terrible it is but just doesn't give a darn, except for the money he's taking from people. I've never seen him there in all the years I've been there. And he has such a high turn over with his staff. Wow,...
