I am writing to formally express my concern regarding an upsetting experience I had at your store on 11/5/25 . I was shopping alone with my one-year-old daughter when an employee began yelling at me, saying, “That is how you go to stores going in and making a mess.”
This accusation was completely uncalled for. I take great pride in being respectful and courteous in every store I visit. The mess he referred to was not caused by me or my daughter. His behavior was aggressive and made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe especially since, prior to this, I witnessed him apologizing to a group of men. It felt as though he chose to single me out because I was a woman alone with a child, which is unacceptable. To make matters worse, after this confrontation, the manager attempted to follow me into the next aisle and continued speaking negatively toward me. This made me feel even more harassed and intimidated while I was simply trying to shop with my baby. This manager threatened to remove us from the store. This incident has left a very negative impression. I do not feel comfortable returning to your store if this individual continues to work there. I now plan to travel farther for my shopping needs rather than risk a repeat of this experience. I kindly ask that this matter be reviewed seriously and that appropriate action be taken to ensure no other customer is treated in this way. Confirm that my complaint has been received and advise what steps will be taken to address it.

I came in to buy a few packs of soda, I used the app prior to coming in and added all the coupons to my list so my total when I came in store was not reflecting the price in the app. I told the cashier and she tried her best to add another coupon to make it the same but had to ultimately call her manager over.
