I came in with my 2 young children for lunch. As I was ordering I had let them know that my daughter needed to use the restroom. We ordered, sat and ate. 10 minutes went by and the bathroom was still occupied, come to find out it was an employee. He left for the day, I went to check the bathroom and it was locked again! I told the other employee l, how is this possible as we’ve been waiting. Yet again a second employee had gone in there and took up another 15 minutes went by. I asked the employee again that my daughter needs the bathroom and he told me “I can’t tell him to get out of the bathroom!” So after 40 minutes I had to take my daughter somewhere else. She’s 5! I would give a zero, if I could. They stole my money and continue to have issues giving it back. I had a bad experience when all 3 of my sandwiches were wrong. The management made a bunch of excuses and finally decided to refund my money. Instead, he charged my account. This has been going on for 2 weeks. He finally refunded me for the accidental charge and it wasn't enough money. Not to mention they still owe me the refund from my original order. Ive had to get customer service involved multiple times as he refused to respond to me when I originally reached out. The entire management team at this location is rude and incompetent. Not worth the money. I ordered thru Uber Eats. $16.+ Per small sandwich. I ordered extra bacon, only 3 lousy pieces on one sandwich. No flavor in the bacon either. Sheesh. 8. tax and Fee and then you tip 9. For the driver. What a rip off. Not even a pickle for the money. I will only order local from now on.
