It was 2:41 in the afternoon when I pulled in the lot to place a paid app order for drive thru pick-up. I was tired and hungry but waited for what seemed like a long time before it was my turn. My phone still had the finished order screen on it so I told the order taker that I was here to pick up my order and read to him code from my phone. He said he didn't have my order. After he insisted that my order wasn't there and me saying it wasn't, he said you probably ordered from another location near here. I finally got thru to a place in their narrow driveway to go to the other BK. When I got to the order taker and they said my order was not there, I was hungry and getting very upset. This BK had no way to get out of the line so again I had to wait. I went back to the 1st BK with my paid for order still on my screen. When I saw the long line in the drive-thru, I parked at the front door. I knocked on the door (inside dining was closed), I saw that 2 people saw heard and saw me but no one came to door. An employee was coming in to work and I explained what I have experienced and showed her my phone order and said she was going to tell the manager to come talk to me. After what seemed like an endless eternity in over 90 degrees in the hot sun, the manager came to the door. After explaining what my situation, the manager went to find out if my order showed up. In the meantime, I'm still standing in the burning hot sun with my stomach telling me to feed it. Finally!! The manager came back to the door with my order and explained what happened. I finally got my food at 3:45 and left. This experience not taught me to never use their app again as well as to never go to...

You know that feeling when you’re craving something specific – like, you can taste it before you even get there? Yeah, that was me with this Double Whopper with cheese. I’m talking big, juicy burger dreams. And all I asked for was simplicity: pickles, barbecue sauce, NO ONIONS.
I made it crystal clear in the directions – no lettuce, no tomato, no mayo. I’ve got nothing against vegetables, but onions and I? We’re mortal enemies. One bite and it’s game over for me with a migraine straight out of a horror movie.
So, I roll up to the window, grab my bag of happiness, and drive 20 minutes home, already mentally unwrapping this burger masterpiece. But what do I find when I peel back the wrapper? A basic, textbook Whopper – no cheese, swimming in mayo, ketchup, onions, lettuce, and tomato. It was like the burger gods laughed in my face.
At that point, driving back was not an option. I was 20 minutes deep into regret, holding a lettuce-covered betrayal. Dinner? Ruined. Appetite? Crushed. And now, I’m left wondering if I can ever trust this Burger King again.
Would I go back? Let’s just say, if I’m craving disappointment, sure. But next time, I’ll probably stick to making my own burger – at least I know I won’t sabotage myself.
One star – for the pickles that might have been there if I could see...
Read morei’m not really the type to write bad reviews because i work in food service and understand that everyone is understaffed and things are rough. BUT. i got to this burger king at 5:30pm to grab some dinner before my 6:00 shift (the place i work is 8 minutes away so i assumed i’d be fine). the line was literally at a standstill for 20 minutes, and i hadn’t even gotten the chance to order my food. i assumed they had a problem with the speaker or something like that so i was just going to leave and move on with my day. then an employee walked out (i guess to see what was going on or something) and i was genuinely curious as to what was happening so i very politely said, “excuse me, what’s going on?” (again, i wasn’t mad or anything, i just thought something was happening). in response, the guy yelled “you’re just gonna have to wait” in a really angry tone. i understand that they were probably having trouble with something and he might’ve been stressed but i’d been waiting in the drive through for 20 minutes and just wanted an explanation. i didn’t really expect to get yelled at for asking a really simple and polite question. anyway, since my shift at my job was at 6, i wasn’t able to eat dinner tonight since i’d spent 20 minutes waiting in a burger king drive through (and i was really looking forward to my...
