Victory Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Deptford Township

This is place is horrible....horrible....horrible... I live literally down the street from these people and the Customer service is crap...this one guy who works in the front lobby who take orders and answer phones is a disgrace...he always have a attitude when you ordering food because he dont like to wait a few minutes to see what you want... Rushing you to order i had to tell yo man chill out and and stop cutting me off when im talking its rude...also I order to see if theres another person who answer the phone its the same guy because i can recognize the voice and attitude and if you dont hurry up to order on his terms he will bang on you so im telling you World dont order from these people its a horrible...

I’ve lived in this area for years and for at least 8 years we eat here most of the INS if we want Chinese food. I’ve seen their prices go up & the quality of their food go down!! Their drivers are usually very polite, but at times the food arrives cold or just warm. They never provide cutlery or napkins. That is a normal part of takeout! Why should you have to beg for these things, especially since their prices are sky high? The food is just ok, and to me it used to be very good! The shrimp/egg rolls are usually soaked in grease and soggy. Anything that is supposed to be deep fried is usually that way. I now order from a Chinese restaurant in woodbury. I will never ever step foot back in this place again. The young man gave me wrong order, luckily I never pulled off and checked. I waited again. When I went back in he was taking my order out of another order's bag and that showed me he forgot or messed up again. I asked for the bad customer service, may I at least have a free soda. He said he can not give me a free soda. He never apologized or looked at me in my eyes. No kind of Quality service, when I asked to speak to someone else, there was no response. It was horrible.
