Frankie's Pizza — Restaurant in Deptford Township

They gave me all stale food, I spent alot of money , and all my food was stale , the chips to the nachos stale , the pizza , stale and chewy , the motzarella sticks was stale and bland , the wing dings , stale and very dry , tasted like rubber , never again , I’m done with this place , how does the workers not know to check the food to see if it’s expired before dropping the baskets of food and cooking ? Come on man I’m a part time chef , and I know what stale food is ! Sheesh a kid can tell what stale food is , a blind person could tell what stale food is ,

They took stale food and still decided to cook it and give it to me , how rude and unprofessional could you be ! Very lazy and rude workers . If I owned a shop , before I start cooking ima check the packaging the food came in each time to make sure I’m not cooking my customers stale food ! It’s called having morals and doing the rite thing especially when it comes to food ! Now I lost $77 worth of food !

You know the food was bad when kids don’t eat it , and kids eat anything , hot or cold , and my food , my girls food , and my kids food was all stale and bland , tastes like some other customers ordered it and never came and picked it up and the Mexican dudes inside still decided to give it to a new customer which is me !

SMH , I’m done with this pizza place ! How do yall mess up $77 worth of food ! If I’m spending that much money on food you’d think the cooks would do everything to provide good upheld quality food , and not stale food ! This is unacceptable and I hold those Mexican cooks in there accountable , they should be fired on the spot . Man oh man if I owned this place those cooks inside would have Ben gone after this !

If I did food reviews for YouTube or TikTok, I would have failed this place , I would have gave them a 1 out of 10 ! For stale food And very rude cooks for not checking to make sure the quality of the food they cooked for me was good to cook and not stale ! And when I walked in those cooks are all just staring at you , with a mean look as if they saying to themselves “let’s see if this person is going to tip since they got $77 worth of food “ The hole time they staring at you And it seems like they keep flirting with the chick they have working at the register , and got the nerve to do that in front of customers. The owner of this place should be ashamed to have cooks in there like that That are giving customers stale food . I bet when the owner sees this review, He’ll ask the cooks what happened , and cooks will find some way to brush it off as if they didn’t know !

Anyone and everyone in this world knows what stale food looks like , even little kids do No one wants to eat stale food , especially after spending $77 !

This rite here is why some businesses are still in the same position they are at now , and can’t scale it up !

I just spent all that money on food and I had to toss it all in the trash , and now I’m still hungry , my girl is still hungry, my kids are still hungry, after spending $77 on this nasty pizza place ! Yuck , never again ! Beware people that see this review , Y’all Ben warned , do not eat here !

Them cooks don’t even know how to cook nor use there eyes ! I’d fire them on the spot , what if I was an inspector coming to taste there food ? What if I was a big YouTuber and could have shot there business to the next levels with even more customers , And they give me stale food ? They would have failed Terrible food

I usually don't write reviews but I'm overly annoyed with this place. Coming from a profession of customer service I get that things get hectic but...

I order Frankie's atleast once a week. Usually the food is great but lately they have been slacking! BIG TIME! Orders are wrong, meat is very slim on the sandwiches and I've even received room temperature food but sucked it up as I do not like to be a Karen.

But tonight I placed an order for $60.00 worth of food. Most of it was good except for one thing. I selected a chicken cheesesteak that apparently auto selects to a chicken cheesesteak hoagie 😑 ask me why? I dont know. Especially when they have an option for a chicken cheesesteak hoagie. When I called to have the food remade without the lettuce and tomatoes (wasn't asking for a refund or in an irate tone. Just wanted the item i bought corrected. Even bringing back the other sandwich untouched) - their response was "you ordered through a third party so we can't replace your food". The third party they speak of is the website the business prefers their online orders be processed through!.. So it says when you click to place an order online... Anyway, they eventually agreed to remake the sandwich (even stated back the correct order) but low and behold they got it WRONG AGAIN! This time I ended up with a CHEESESTEAK not the CHICKEN CHEESESTEAK I initially ordered! I know this is miniscule but how hard is it to read and make the correct food?

Blaming a third party order is not an excuse as to why people can't read customers orders correctly! Is the next excuse that you didn't get it correct because you couldn't hear on the phone?

I get it there's a rush at a certain time of the night but to get the same order wrong not once BUT TWICE is a damn shame. I appreciate the price adjustment on my order but I would've rather you kept the money and just get my order right. DO...

What has happened to this place? This used to be our go to, my husband's shop even orders very frequently from there...over the past year, I'll have to say, service and quality have taken a nose dive. If I call the order in, I'm usually put on hold for quite some time, and the girl answering the phone must not be able to hear, because there is usually something missing or made incorrectly because of the instructions she puts down. I do look at receipts and the error is on the receipt. the pizza is over cooked, the hogies are skimpy, The steaks are flavorless, and the beef is fatty. Today my husband called in an order for a spaghetti and meatballs dinner, mozzarella sticks and a cheese steak. The order taker put my meal in as a spaghetti dinner (no meatballs), he had to repeat it to her 3 times and she still got it wrong. the sauce was watered down along with the sauce for the mozzarella stick, and speaking of those, 4 of the mozzarella sticks had absolutely no cheese inside and you could taste that the oil was old. His cheese steak was minimal. Literally. A good 3 inches on the end of each roll had no meat. Yes we did try to spread it out, but there was minimal meat on this sandwiches. It's sad,...
