Our recent visit was a reservation made for our friends birthday on Monday night for your popular All-You-Can-Eat Crab Legs. We’ve been long-time customers and have always had a wonderful experience—excellent service and delicious food. Unfortunately, last night fell far below those expectations.
We had made a reservation for a party of 10, which was not documented upon our arrival. As a result, there was no proper seating arrangement available. The waitress was unsure whether the adjacent table was available and had to check three separate times. Each time, she returned stating that the guests waiting for the table had no reservation time—which, frankly, should not qualify as a reservation at all.
After being seated, we waited an hour before receiving our first order of crabs and experienced similar delays with drinks. Our waitress, who was also working the bar, was clearly overwhelmed and doing her best under the circumstances. However, it was troubling to see that while multiple staff members were delivering food, none were stepping in to assist her with tables. It was also very hot inside, not sure if the air was on or even working.
Even after the crowd began to thin out, our party was still largely ignored, which added to the disappointment. We understand that busy nights can be hectic, but basic organization and customer service should still be a priority.
We truly enjoy dining at your establishment and want to continue doing so, but last night’s experience was unacceptable. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and implement steps to improve the reservation process, staffing, and service flow on...
Read moreWaited ten minutes for a beer since we were apparently invisible. Got beers and menus finally. Asked the bartender if we could order some food when she got a chance to which she said “it will be just a minute”. At least another 10 minutes later beer is finished and still no food order taken. Finally, she sees I have an empty beer and asks what I’m drinking. (Same bartender I asked 10 minutes ago for food). I chose to tab out at that point. All of a sudden we existed after that as she tried to get us to stay. No thanks. Food smelled good but we’ll never know thanks to the horrible service. Was told there was a “rush” even though it didn’t look that way to us. Even if that were true some simple communication like “I didn’t forget you” or anything along those lines goes a long way. First and last time...
Read moreWell, i was immediately accoused of having a fake i.d. Which she( assuming her gender) claimed was fake because it wasn’t in a book. Now i have been to a good amount of bars since ive turned 21 not one of the bartenders ever resorted to a book (which obviously was wrong) i just dont know how to feel the place look pretty dope inside but i think she just didnt want someone young in the middle aged crowd. And fyi i was alone. Idk who uses a fake i.d. To drink alone. If i was with friends id understand a little more in why shed question me but to resort to a book that has the wrong I.Ds in it is crazy stupid but for my one star i will never return just because they dont want young people maybe when im 55 and on the verge of losing my wife and kids and job then ill be allowed...
