Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Derby

Several friends and myself decided to visit this location on the 4th of July at 7:50PM, as I reached for the door a worker inside proceeds to lock the door on us and walks away laughing. I noticed the note on the door at this time that the location will be closing at 8PM, however the worker should of explained they were closing up earlier instead of the actions they took. I promptly submitted an e-mail comment via DQ's corporate website explaining the situation and requesting the owner to call me and clear up this situation. Instead I am given a poorly written e-mail by the owner basically explaining that this is what I can come to expect due to young employees. He didn't feel a customer is worth 5 minutes of his time to call, I highly recommend people take their business somewhere else as the owner could care less about his customers or the way they are treated. When did the Carmel Moolatte recipe change? You use to be able to taste the coffee and the drink was darker in color. Now it taste like a carmel milkshake only. I have tried several different places. You need to get the recipe from the Dairy Queen in Concordia, Ks. That has a COFFEE taste. I have found when you go at night you get poorer service. The other night I ordered a Carmel moolatte and asked to have an extra coffee flavoring added. It was okay still not very much more of a coffee taste. Also ordered a 4 piece chicken basket, a hamburger with pickle, mustard and onion and a large fry. Was in a hurry so didn't check it.
