I have been trying to get my hands on one of Bierocks Babe Vegan Bierocks and it had been elusive and now I know why. I finally got one and it was out of this world. It was so delicious and flavorful and tasted so much like meat I got worried it had been put in the wrong packaging! The consistency and taste could convince any carnivore that it’s possible to even do a few meals replaced as plant based and not miss a thing. I am a beef lovin' Texan. I found Bierocks Babe at the Arts & Farmers Market in downtown Wichita. I showed up in the last hour of the market being open. Many vendors were sold out or picked over. BB only had the vegan option. Anna talked me into trying one when she said "a blend of spices." Oh.My.Lanta! One of the best things EVER!!!!
