Was here tonight I had to ask for a receipt and was unable to do the survey. Because the receipt I was giving did not have the code on the bottom. So I guess since the service is bad and the food is cold and burnt then they dont give you a receipt. When I asked why I wasnt given a receipt was told that they have not handed out receipts to customers in over a year unless you ask for one. That was a bold face lie because we had just been through the drive thru there about two weeks ago and got a receipt. I dont know how this burger king is staying in business, but this is not the way to do it. It should not take ten plus minutes to fix a order when you are the only one in the line at the time. It is sad when you are charged this much money and you get cold food. I guess they are tired of getting bad reviews is why they are not handing out receipts with the code on the bottom so you can do the survey. I could care less about the free sandwich. I just think if you are doing good then you should know and when you are not doing good you should know also. Read moreThe last straw; I stopped there after work at about 9:30 PM. I ordered Double whopper with bacon and a chicken sandwich. I am told my total was incorrect, and it was "two dollars cheaper"; i was thinking, oh that's cool. Then i was told pull to the side, i asked where because there was a car in front of me, the cashier said..."just pull forward over there somewhere".. I was like, okay. Keep in mind, there are no customers on the inside, there are a total of three cars at the branch. I pull up, shut the car off (because the car that preceded me is still there waiting). I watch a you tube video that was 9 min long.. still no order, i watch another video, 3 min long, still no order. My order finally arrives and the bag is hot, so i was happy. I bite into the chicken sandwich at the traffic light, pipping hot, so far so good. I sample the fries... cold.. not even warm. You would think that when you made a fresh sandwich, you would wait and couple it with fresh fries, or at least warm ones, but no. The last straw was giving my friend his double whopper with bacon... that turned out to be a single whopper, with no bacon, and no cheese......
Read moreWe had to wait a few minutes to order since there was like 3 or 4 cars that decided to go in. The whole time, we heard the cashier singing/humming. When we ordered our food (2 orders of nuggets & 2 large fries as well as a chicken sandwich meal w/ onion rings). The lady repeated our exact order to us, but yet somehow when we received our food, she tells us that we never asked for the 2nd large fry or the onion rings. And we have been waiting there for more than 10 minutes. Then we had to wait an extra 5 minutes to tell the cashier that the order was wrong because she decided that it would be a great time to talk to the truck next to us as if there weren't any cars in the drive thru. Even though we only had one set of fries, they were cold and the nuggets were lukewarm at most. Just an overall bad experience. Either employ people who actually cares about the customers or just shut that BK down🤷🏻♀️. Better off going...
