Taco Bell — Restaurant in DeRidder

I really wish they wouldn't put a 2 inch layer of beans on the vegetarian Mexican pizza. A thin layer will suffice. Would you eat 2 cups of refried beans on your little burrito or mexican pizza? That was just excessive.

Update: 10/06/2023 my mom, kids, and I went to tacobell drive thru and order 2 vegetarian Mexican pizzas and some drinks and cinnamon twists. I noticed on the screen it said jalapeños mxn pizza so I addressed it b4 leaving the order screen. I get to the window and they handed my drinks then food and b4 I could get the food thru the truck window my 6 year old who has a sensativity to pepper fruit called it out, so I tried to hand it right back. At first they refused but then took back the pizza with the peppers on it. The lady with what seemed like a tattoo in the middle of her forehead seemed like she was upset but she SAID she wasn't when I explained that I already addressed the incorrect order at order screen drive thru. Luckily they fixed our my ordered but geez why so much push back? I want what I asked and paid for not what yall wanna give me. I don't have a pepper allergy, my son does, but I still don't like them regardless. If I did like them I probably would...

We always really enjoy our Taco Bell! Very good food, extremely friendly staff!! UPDATE We continue to enjoy our local Taco Bell, and wanted to add ratings broken out. Let's face it, it is Taco Bell food - and when you order at our local store, you get the food and flavor you expect! It is very good, and we really enjoy it. The Atmosphere in our store is typical fast food; things are conveniently located, there are tables available, and the place is clean. For me, it is the service at our Taco Bell that really keeps me coming back. The folks are always very friendly and customer oriented, even when things aren't moving REALLY fast. I estimate probably 8 out of 10 times, it is less than 2 minutes from the time I complete my order until it is ready on the counter - and that is really good by comparison. Other fast food on the DeRidder main strip can take up to 10 minutes for a single-person "value menu" meal order (which can be very frustrating.)

Bottom Line: Highly recommend the DeRidder Taco Bell for an authentic, friendly and usually quick Taco Bell experience. Don't forget to ring the bell on your way...

Today was the absolute WORST drive thru experience of my life at this Taco Bell. Emily, the MANAGER, was beyond rude from start to finish in drive thru. Our order was incorrect multiple times. After spending 30$ and ordering a second time/ticket we STILL did NOT have our complete order. I called to speak to a manager and found out EMILY IS the manager. She proceeded to argue with me more and make the situation worse. I'd rather cook at home than pay to be treated rudely! It was obvious this lady had zero respect for her job or her customers.
