Paisanos Pizzeria — Restaurant in Derry

Very easily the best pizza I have had in NH. Paisanos has to be in my top 5 all time. I would call it Neapolitan/NY style, but I bet the owner would just call it New England style. He's a modest guy in Red Sox hat throwing pie after pie into the oven every time I have been in there, handing you your boxes of deliciousness and greeting you by name.

Love the Margherita, the Bacon Cheeseburger, KBR (buffalo ranch), and the true test of a great pizza place, a nice plain cheese pizza, which is always executed perfectly. The wings are also excellent, they are not kidding about the very spicy buffalo.

They have a good online ordering setup and friendly staff, so it is always nice and hassle free to do business. I have not seen a single mistake in anything I've ordered, down to the doneness of the crust. The parking can be a little interesting, given the location right up against a rotary, but there is usually a spot right in front of the building or across the street.

I was originally going to give them 4 stars but after my order two days ago it’s back down to 3. Let me start off by saying that the pizza has much improved, I would give that a solid 4 stars easily.

We got a large pie with extra cheese and roni and it was cooked perfectly and had ample amounts of roni.

My salad on the other hand left much to be desired, it was pretty bad. I opted for the chicken tender salad, the tenders were cut up into bit sized pieces which I thought odd, maybe to try and mask the fact that they are frozen. I also barely got any chicken, not that it mattered since it was AWFUL. The chicken on a scale of 1-5 would be a solid 1. It’s so strange because just a week before I got the grilled chicken salad and it was great! Plenty of chicken and everything seemed fresh. The side order of fries were borderline over cooked. Snowed 13" today and when I finished clearing the driveway, I had a killer craving for Wings (on keto diet) Trying to buy local, instead of buying from a chain. Google search brought this place up.

First time customer. Got some garlic parm wings, along with a small cheese and mozz sticks for the wife.

Absolutely slam dunk on wings and pizza.

Wings were crispy, sauce was not as creamy as I'm used to, but it was extremely flavorful. Nice and buttery. Great size to the wings as well.

Pizza was crispy, with good crust and sauce. Not Greasy. One bit everybody knows the rules, she gave it an 8.6 She loved it. Said it was the best slice she has had since Pepes/Sally's in New Haven CT

If there was "anything" that could be better, the order was ready 25 mins before the online order estimate. Which I understand, as a restaurant owner myself, it's very hard to guesstimate order times.
