I was super excited (by the look) to try these chips. I went for Original. The first bag I ever bought - half of the chips were burnt. They were so bitter I had to toss them out. These chips so remind me of childhood and the way they used to make them - I bought another bag to give it second chance and actually forgot that when I tasted the first batch - there was so much sugar I did not want to eat more than 4. Now - please tell me - why on Earth do we have to put so much sugar in potato chips that are supposed to be salty???? Don't we have a HUGE sugar problem in this country to begin with? I guess we don't care. Pack it with sugar why not? Well it destroyed a perfectly good chip. If the sugar wasn't there, these would be my favorites. Unfortunately, unless you change the recipe, I will not buy another bag ever. The chips are sweeter than saltier....

Came in for my first time at this location and I was greeted by a cashier who seemed remarkably unhappy to be helping me. I ordered a blue ribbon sandwich. I asked for a couple of substitutions, one of which was to remove ham and replaced it with turkey. When I received my sandwich there was ham on it. And after they “fixed” my sandwich, I go sit down again and it’s just a turkey and cheese wrap, no crispy chicken like the sandwich I had ordered. While I understand that making substitutions isn’t ideal for the staff, my partner and I tipped very generously in consideration of this. Service was not great, my sandwich was super dry as the final product was missing the honey mustard sauce and obviously they need a better system for putting in substitutions if they have to remake someone’s sandwich twice. Overall, I’m not sure if I’ll be returning back...

The chips here are awful. Wrap City prides themselves on their homemade potato chips and at one time they were amazing! So tastey, flavorful, looked appealing and I used to always recommend to family and friends. Lately (last 6 months or so) the chips have been awful. So dark they’re basically black, they have a nasty burnt taste. The wraps are always good, that's not my issue they have always been consistent in that area but the chips….. are terrible. For a place that mostly prides themselves on the chips, consider a different side please or go back to your factory where you make them and do better quality control.
