The staff was rude to me both on my visit today and my previous visit a month ago. The kid who claims to be "basically the manager" doesn't know how to read their own menu and argues with the customer (he was also chewing gum while working with food which is a big no no for health and safety). Last month, I noticed that my dinner combo, which on the menu reads "Served with French fries, onion rings, and a dinner salad or coleslaw" but I was asked what 2 sides I wanted with it.
I asked why the menu says it comes with 3 but was just told "we can't do it." So I responded that they should fix the menu then to only give 2 choice and moved on.
A month after, on August 17th, I came in and the same mistake was on the menu. I asked if because the same mistake is still there why they haven't changed it, or why can't I get everything I am paying for? At this point, I asked if I could speak to someone higher and he is telling me "there is no one higher to speak to right now." But wouldn't get me a phone number.
A lot of people reading this may say "oh, it's just a salad" or "it's not a big deal." But to me, I am not worried about the food, I don't want to be yelled at because I am trying to ask a question on why I'm not getting all the food I am paying for. As well as the fact that this restaurant is cutting corners.
The kid says he can't do anything about it, and that how I know he isn't actually management or the owner despite his claims.
The excuse "we can't put 3 sides in the same container" doesn't make sense to me. Fries and onion rings would go in the same container with the meal, while the 3rd option of a cold salad or a cold coleslaw shouldn't be put in the same container as hot...

I ate about 1 and a half pieces before my stomach started to feel really heavy and when I called the place to express my dissatisfaction and request a refund they not only blamed me for the taste of the pizza not being to my liking because I was 10-15 minutes past the time it was scheduled to be picked up, but also told me they would have the manager call me on the up coming Monday (I ordered this pizza on Saturday). I never received a call nor a refund. I would not recommend this place, It was somehow worse than Papa Gino's pizza...

Being 9 months pregnant...just 3 days away from my due date it was a little scary to be stranded. All frazzled trying to figure out what was wrong, they kindly invited us in, helped troubleshoot/jumpstart my car in the freezing cold before finally figuring out the problem. (Turned out I was just low on gas and trying to restart killed my battery). They stepped up when I needed help the most and I will never forget their kindness. Not only this, but their pizza is delicious and I cannot wait to come back and have more!!! Thank you again Hany...
