I had the absolute pleasure of dining at this establishment recently, and I must say, the experience was phenomenal, owing in large part to a friendly and attentive waiter named Nick.
From the moment we were seated, Nick went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was nothing short of perfect. His warm demeanor and infectious smile immediately made us feel welcomed and comfortable, and it was clear that he wasn't just going through the motions, but genuinely invested in providing top-notch service.
Nick was remarkably knowledgeable about the menu, providing helpful suggestions and detailed descriptions of various dishes, showcasing his passion for food and commitment to customer satisfaction. His recommendations were spot-on and helped us choose meals that delighted our taste buds. He was even patient and gracious enough to cater to our dietary restrictions without any hint of annoyance.
However, what truly set Nick apart was his authentic friendliness and attentiveness. Despite the restaurant being quite busy, he made sure to frequently check on us, never missing a beat in refilling our drinks or providing us with anything we needed. Yet, he was never intrusive, always striking the perfect balance between being present and giving us our space.
Nick's genuine enthusiasm and love for his job were evident in every interaction we had with him. He wasn't just serving food; he was crafting an unforgettable dining experience. Even as we were leaving, his farewell was as warm as his welcome, a testament to his impeccable service throughout.
In a world where genuine, exceptional service seems to be dwindling, Nick was a breath of fresh air. His work ethic and personal touch truly elevated our dining experience from good to great. Therefore, I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant, especially if you're lucky enough to have Nick as your waiter. I, for one, will definitely be returning, hoping to enjoy Nick's remarkable service once again.
Here's to Nick, the unsung hero of our memorable dining experience! Thank you for making our...
Read moreWeve been coming here for years and always leave a 20-25% tip on a $60 bill,EVERYTIME. I have left phenominal 5 star reviews,EVERYTIME.. And today, was very dissapointed in the service...we(me,wife & twin boys)waited 15 min for table(average time, which is pretty good),i had my monster energy drink in my hand, which i ALWAYS came in with, during lunch and dinner times. But was never told about or seen ANY signs of a policy of no outside drinks(which is common sense, when talking about liqour,or beverages and drinks that they serve).but it was a monster energy drink. I wasnt asking for special treatment, just better communication from your staff.. They greeted me while the drink was in my hand, escorted me to table and then our server lindsey came to table and said she cant take our order or serve us due to the outside drink.my question is: Why greet & seat us? Something should have been said before we were seated and greeted.. Hostess, most definitely seen the can in my hand and still sat us... But back to lindsey;i apologized and said i will remember to not bring it in next time. And was still denied. So i politely excused myself, got up and left to another establishment. We eat at copper door,cj's and tbones at least 6-7 times a month. But not no more.. 3 year customer lost in 1 day. 5star to 1 star review in 1 day. This used to be one of my favorite places. Thats why i feel passionate about this review, cause im upset that i lost one of my favorite, most frequented restuarants.
This was my last review before this one.. But my experience with our server lindsey has changed my opinion.
Prime rib for $20. Cant beat that with a bat. Great service, and the most amazing payback/rewards program i have ever seen. Highly recommend. Great for having a few beers and apps or sitting down with the family for dinner. Bartender has best...
Read moreMy friend & I had dinner Sunday April 30th. Brandon was our waiter. I haven't been to T'Bones in years. I was disappointed they don't serve the round Loaf of bread. I loved that so much. We received pumpernickel which was average at best, wasn't even hot. I order the onion soup. It was good but, not hot enough. My friend had the salmon & I ordered the broiled Haddock. As soon as the girl dropped my plate I said, this looks completely overcooked and dried out. Her response was oh no, there will creamy butter and juice on the bottom. I was shocked but clearly, she is inexperienced about fish. I took two bites and it was just as I told her, dried out no juice on my plate whatsoever, just a dried out overcooked piece of haddock. It is an embarrassment that a chef would send it out to a customer. The interesting thing is nothing on my plate was hot. Brandon never came back to check on us, I had to call him over. His response and the girl with him was an even bigger joke. They took it back to the kitchen and poured wine & lemon on top & thought that was acceptable.⁸ My overcooked dried out Haddock was now swimming in white wine. I was stunned that he brought that same fish back to me. I insisted on a new piece of properly cooked Haddock. By the time my new order, 3rd delivery came my friend had shared his salmon with me and we were finished. It took way too long and then Brandon comes and tells me they were of mashed potato now. Lol Btw, my friend's Salmon was excellent. Wished I ordered that! My dinner came in a to go box as I requested. What a debacle. It wasn't even...
