Pros: Fresh and healthy choices are kind of hard to find in this area. Everything was good, but the Derry roll (in the background) with all the saucy messy perfection was great and highly recommend. A fair combination of basic and specialty rolls, we could've made this as cheap or pricey as we wanted - but we had a lot to catch up on so we went all out. Also - don't miss out on the vege rice. Chunks of brocolli, baby corn, and zuke all nestled in a solid portion is our favorite side dish here. Crab rangoon, because it's mandatory when it's on the menu.

I always have a fantastic dining experience at Sumo! The combination of sushi and Chinese dishes on the menu are outstanding, offering something for everyone. The sushi was incredibly fresh and beautifully presented—each roll bursting with flavor. I will generally grade my review off an Crab Rangoon and these hit it out of the park, perfectly cooked with just the right balance of cream cheese and crab meat.

The service was excellent, with the staff being attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. The ambiance was modern yet cozy, making it a great spot for both casual meals and special occasions. They can easily take large groups and still provide great service to all.

Without a doubt my favorite local sushi spot. The prices and menu items are varied enough where you can either go for a casual date night dinner or something more celebratory. I've tried many items, including the hibachi, teriyaki, soup, fried rice, and sushi, and nothing has ever disappointed me. The fish is always fresh and your rolls are always made to order with a really beautiful presentation. There's a great variety of sushi as well. My personal favorite menu items are the fried shumai, the Tricolor Roll, the Orange Roll, and the Fantasy Roll.
