I had to ask him to remove his gloves before handling my food. As a customer, please practice good hygiene. I recently visited Auntie Anne's at Merle Hay, and I must say, I was disappointed with the experience. The place seemed quite dirty, with trash on the floor and tables that seemed like they hadn't been wiped down in a while.

On top of that, the personnel seemed quite lazy. I saw several employees standing around, not doing much, while the line of customers grew longer and longer. It was frustrating to see that there wasn't much effort being put into making sure everything was clean and organized.

As a frequent customer, I hope that these issues can be addressed. I understand that running a store can be challenging, but cleanliness and efficiency should not be compromised. I hope that my feedback can be taken into consideration and that improvements can be made...
