BIGGEST FIVE-STAR REVIEW & HIGHEST PRAISE FOR THE SUPER “BURGER KING” RESTAURANT CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE MISS KENESHA BRIGGS
Let us be honest about the fast food restaurants. We hate them, and yet we still go to them more than we should. We hate them not because of their food, which now tends to be healthier and fresher than before. But, we hate them because of the terrible customer services we get from the fast food restaurant associates. We sometimes feel like we are treated like little kids asking for too much. When my new wife Thuy Nguyen and I used to go to the American fast food restaurants in multiple Asian countries, they treated us much better. And, it is not because we are Asians. In fact, restaurants and hotels in Asian countries treat non-Asian customers much better, sort of like in Chicago and Des Moines. They just have much better customer services. However, we now have new, real HOPE in America’s fast food restaurants, BIG THANKS to the “Super Customer Service Associate” Miss Kenesha Briggs at the Burger King on 205 University Avenue, Des Moines, Iowa 50314 USA. Ms. Kenesha Briggs always has big smile and treats all her customers with respect and kindness. Ms. Kenesha Briggs is so awesome. I heard experts say that people who smile often are happier and healthier and they make people around them also happier and healthier. Thank you for your excellent services, Ms. Kenesha Briggs.

Read moreBEFORE YOU COME HERE READ THIS. I have been coming to this place for years. And today was the last straw. If I could, I’d rate this place a ZERO. Workers here are disrespectful and RACIST. I am beyond disgusted at this place. My mom does not speak English fluently. We were at the drive through and they kept laughing in the background every time my mom spoke. My mom asked how much was her order and it’s seemed like there was two people at the speaker the lady said “I don’t know” and laughed with someone else. My mom drives up to the window, this other lady gives my mom mean looks. My mom, who is very quiet and patient; hands her the money and this lady got really aggressive towards my mom saying “I’m not going to break my arm reaching for that” so my mom had to get a bit out of her seat to hand her the money this lady was not trying at all to get it. We waited there confused because the lady went silent, stared at my mom and gave her looks and after a min she told us to move disrespectfully. And when she spoke to my mom, she kept repeating what she was saying as if my mom didn’t know anything. My mom drives up, order took awhile. Comes out with it, the food was made sloppily. We ordered 4 fries which was not filled all the way, some of them had this weird brown slimy stuff on it. Cake was randomly given to us but was messed up. I am never going again...
Read moreWent there to get breakfast for my children and myself. I ordered 4 sandwiches and 4 hash browns and I got them quickly and was very impressed until I opened the bag and only had 3 sandwiches. OK no big deal right? Mistakes happen no problem I will just call them and let them know of their mistake and go back and get it fixed. I called and the self proclaimed "manager" who I later found out was the assistant manager upon hearing that I only had 3 sandwiches said "no you have 4" I very politely (the first time) told him that I was in fact looking at 3 sandwiches to which he replied again that I had 4 and that he had witnesses to that very fact. After another 3 minutes of him insisting that I had 4 sandwiches and me becoming angry I decided to drive up there. When I got there the "manager" refused to look in my bag to confirm that he had made a mistake which made me even more angry and then said "well people make mistakes" and threatened to not replace the food that he messed up in the first place! I got my composure and told him that I appreciated him fixing the mistake but arguing with a customer is stupid considering I was trying to handle things peaceably and he told me that during no time neither on the phone or in their lobby did he argue with me and that he again had witnesses! So irritated!...
