The brunette lady working in the kitchen tonight, (9/14) at 3am was extremely rude. We were dashing & came to pick up a doordash order for a customer. My husband walked in & stood at the pickup spot for the kitchen for about 5 minutes. (It was not busy at all - there were no other customers around.) She looked up at him several times, but never even acknowledged him, just completely ignored him. So he came back out to the car, ready to just cancel the order, and I decided to go in & ask for it, since we already wasted our time & gas coming out to pick it up & wouldn't get paid anything for it otherwise. I walk up to the counter at the kitchen, she's standing the behind the counter not looking up, so I said, "Excuse me, I have a doordash pickup for..." and then she cuts me off, interrupts me to mumble something under her breath, while turning her back & walking away towards the back of the kitchen. So I assume, ok well that was rude but maybe she's going to grab it. About 3-4 minutes later she walks back out into the main area of the store texting on her phone & just stands there, still on her phone for another minute. So I walk up & say, "Excuse me, I couldn't hear what you said, do you have..." And she interrupted me again with an irritated tone (as if she's mad that she was bothered to have to do her job) & says "YEAH I'M GETTING IT RIGHT NOW!" Ok...so I figured well at least she's getting it. I stand there for another couple minutes, as she walks over to the other side of the store on the far side of the registers & just stands there talking to a male employee, looking at something they had on the counter. She didn't care at all that she was wasting our time & money while we were trying to work, and she clearly had no intention of collecting the 7 items the customer had ordered in any sort of timely manner, so we had no choice but to cancel the order & leave without being paid for putting up with this disrespectful crap. This is completely unacceptable behavior for anyone in customer service. I can't believe someone like that still has a job. This reflects extremely poorly on not just this location, but the whole Casey's brand & also Doordash as a collaborating partner company. Whoever is responsible for this store needs to clean house & get some employees hired that actually want to work & don't treat customers & delivery drivers as an...
Read moretoday is 3rd time ive been to the new store. I was there a couple days after it opened and todays experience was same as the first one. You would think that training employees would be first thing to do before you open, wouldn't you? that first time I waited nearly 30 mins maybe a touch more to get a sandwich. I was only one getting a sandwich and besides employees only one other person was there. the one who makes sandwich's was on a smoke break and pizza guy took care of me after many minutes passed ( he was hoping other would come back in) he did a good job just overall time I was there was way too long. I've been there 4 times with nearly same results . today was no exception, I ordered a simple sandwich and the guy had no clue what he was doing. I get it its a new store and im sure in time they will be good but all should know their job now, so I will go back to Casey's on fleur they have...
Read moreThis location will only get 5 stars simply because the bar is so low. They've set a new standard for friendly atmosphere and quality service. In particular, Danny and Destiny have made my experiences over amazing. Very welcome and attentive. Their ethics are nonetheless best suited for management to say the least. I can not recall one incident where they have fallen short of kindness, hospitality and natural friendliness. Thank you Danny and Thank you Destiny for showing your light in my dark times. Im elated that you two are the first I see before Im due to work. My days have been less tense thanks to you and your kind spirited ethics with me. You two are truly remarkable. Jah bless your spirit and keep you in perfect...
