Just moved to Des Moines. I ordered pasta twice during one week while unpacking. Each time the order arrived incorrect. The first order was pasta primavera - hold the mushrooms. It arrived with pasta and sauce, no onions, no spinach, no tomatoes. I called back. THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS AMAZING!!!! "What can I do to make it right?" he asked. Within minutes another delivery arrived at my door. The second order was a nightmare!!! I ordered "build your own pasta" with pasta primavera, double chicken, double alfredo sauce, habanero sauce, and cheese. The pasta arrived with no cheese, no habanero sauce, and I could not find the chicken! I called back. Explained error to representative, and without a word, he handed the call over to someone else. Before, he listened to my concern, he asked me what happened to the original order. After advising him that I would return it to the driver (Isn't that a violation of health codes?...hmmm), he was willing to proceed. He informed me that the more I add to the pasta, lessens the amount of chicken that can be added...SAY WHAT!!! (So, what happened to the cheese and habanero sauce...NO COMMENT! I asked for my money back, and he told me I would see it back in my account in ABOUT two days...UNBELIEVABLE!! I requested that he prepare the dish, as ordered, and cut back on the pasta. He was resistant, but agreed to prepare as ordered with a final sarcastic note: "I WILL GET IT TO YOU AS SOON AS I CAN." "How long will that be?", I asked. "Thirty minutes, maybe more", he replied. And so...I wait. (I believe he was the manager...Is this the NEW Dominos vision of leadership?) Pasta just arrived. I believe, delivered by the person on the phone. Before saying hello, or handing me my order, he asked: "Do you have a pasta to give me back?" What a jerk!...(And I have never called anyone that before!) This time, no alfredo sauce (just habanero), and no cheese. Which makes it...
Read moreI ordered delivery for my 2 kids tonight from this location. I was told 30-35 minutes for delivery. I advised someone would be waiting for the pizza at the front of the location as it was a public location for delivery. At one hour after my order was taken & 30 late to the estimated delivery time I got a call from the delivery person, then a text 5 minutes later as I didn’t answer because I was in class and my person was waiting at the front doors for the delivery. I then called back 5 minutes after the text and the delivery guy was upset with me for not answering the phone and stated he had already left my location. He NEVER even walked up to the building to attempt to deliver it!! I called the manager and she said “we will send him back now” WITH A COLD PIZZA for my kids that was over 45 minutes late from a location less than 3 miles away. We haven’t had Dominos in years and I thought I would give them a try. NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN. Very poor delivery and service at this location. If I could choose no stars...
Read moreIf I could put no stars, because then it would fully represent this store. Don't let them shock you with fanatics. half the managers actually dont follow practice. while majority of them due. Another manager hits on ya if he finds you attractive. The gm is screwing one of the employees cause they feel that if how they should fill their job duty. As well if you have a complaint she would rather turn a blind eye and act as if it is a lie. They would prefer to not appear discriminatory, when is most cases they are not only towards their own employees but customers as well. If you not being hung up on your being yelled at by some of the employees just for ordering food. I think this store needs help on major levels nothing will bring me to this store over the one closest to me as I admit the one closer to me screws up all the time but I would rather be treated with just simple human rights...
