ordered for pick up. gave my phone number and was told it would be 45-60 min. In 30 min. I got a phone call saying "your food is here". I drove there quickly to get it.....it was on a delivery van at an address that was not mine...I had given no address They said they'd fix me a new order. Of course, I knew what they would do is heat up the order that had already been on the van for that delivery. Brought it home. Absolutely the worst excuse for Chinese food I have ever eaten. NO flavor. Egg foo Yung was puffed up patties of egg only with no bean sprouts or any filler at all and so overbrowned that all we could taste was that burned brown flavor. It was covered with a bunch of vegetables that , in my experience, belonged chopped up and mixed into the egg mixture, not laid on top. The chicken chow mein was in a clear liquid with an enormous amount of wilted shredded lettuce. Yes, I said lettuce. The chow mein noodles are not the long thin crisp noodles , but obviously some cheap variation that is very pale and shaped in squares. The wonton soup.....again, no flavor, and the wontons were gummy and rubbery. I threw it all away. $17.00 worth. Will never happen to me again nor to anyone I can get to stand still long enough to listen to me tell about it. Had been wanting to try that place for so long. Now I know what I was missing....absolutely NOTHING. In addition, when I came in to pick up my order, they had no idea that I wasn't just a sit-down, dine-in customer(remember? My order was on a delivery truck.) and THREE employees sat within 6' of me and were either on phone or talking to each other about one thing or another.....paid no attention to my presence at all. There was only one dine-in customer in the place at the time and one of the employees suddenly remembered that person was there and ran for the kitchen to get his food.....probably cold. I could see the frustration in the customer's face and can imagine how much more disheartened he was when he tasted the food. All around...

If I could leave zero Stars I would. We ordered food at 6:05pm and it got there at 6:50 which isn't a bad time at all if my food were right. The food that was delivered was incorrect and I called right away at 6:53 pm to tell them that. They offered to send out the correct food and said they could have it there shortly. At 8:23 p.m. I called them because still no food had arrived. They told me it would be here any minute. I called them back at 9pm because still no food. The guy told me that had never even been sent out again because they were too busy and that he could offer me a free lunch some other time. I requested a refund instead and he said he could offer me 50% off our next order and once again I just requested a refund because at this point it had been 3 hours since I ordered food and two hours since my original call about the wrong order. They were very rude on the phone and told me they didn't offer any refunds and if I didn't like it to call my bank. They told me I got food and I should still be happy with it even if it was the wrong food and that's why they weren't going to give me a refund. I will never order from here again after this. Also calling my bank to tell them about this. They offered to send it again at 9 p.m. and I told them I would rather not because I'm tired and my kids are already in bed at this point and I just want to refund and then they told me no refund and they wouldn't send it....

I requested a delivery and I gave a very detailed description where my truck was located. I was excited to try a new Chinese place. Turns out this is by far one of the worst places to order food from. The delivery drivers English was so far from being able to understand. Took 20 mins for me to find him and he was just standing outside out the fuel station. He had no idea where he was at and he was very confusing to talk to. I walked around for 20 mins trying to find him. Relief I finally did. Walked back to my truck opened the bag and my crag Rangoon was cold, my egg rolls weren't warm at all and you can tell they were store bought spring rolls you warm in a microwave. The sesame seed chicken was the worst I ever had. All it was.. was sweet and sour chicken with a different sauce on it. The sweet and sour sauce is pink and runny and has no taste to it whatsoever. The sesame sauce had a bad aftertaste. I ate half because I hadn't eaten all day and threw the rest out with haste. I highly don't recommend this place for dine in or delivery. You are only setting yourself up for disappointment. Food is...

Ordering online was easy, though there wasn’t an option to take stuff off. I simply left it in the special requests to not make. When coming in, it was made very quickly and the lady up front was very nice. Very inviting as well. My food was piping hot when I got home to enjoy it and I was amazed on how much food I got. I spent $25 with tip and am satisfied. With my tiny stomach, I think I’ll have enough left overs as well. I had gotten Sesame chicken not spicy- very good. Perfectly cooked, sauce amazing and just as I asked if. I also got crab ragoons- this is typically the deal maker or breaker for me and I was very happy. The sweet and sour is a little more liquidy but still very sweet and sour. And they cooked their rice to perfection. This might be my new Chinese spot.

For over 10 years I've been a customer here, and for over 10 years I've had my expectations exceeded. I've been here to eat in, ordered to take out and have had it delivered. Each experience was fast, friendly and efficient. I can't find an order of Mongolian Beef anywhere else that I like this much. The woman who hosts is always so sweet, helpful and also stylish. If I could give 6 stars I would. Sometimes ordering on the phone takes a minute due to others ordering before you, but it's never long at all and you are politely put on hold. The food is packaged well so I've never had it spill or leak on the way home. Best Chinese joint on the east side hands down. (Image: Mongolian Beef Dinner with Eggdrop Soup, Eggroll and Rice)

Don't waste your time, hunger, or money. I ordered crispy duck looking for something savory and managed to get burnt duck that was more bones than meat. The fried rice was crunchy and undercooked. I called management and was blown off, with the manager telling me it depends on who cooks the duck, and that's how they always do it. NEVER AGAIN, with a restaurant with no quality control and happy to serve an entree with half of it being bone and unedible was an awful experience I will always remember. Choose another place. You can thank me later.
