Habitat for Humanity ReStore - East Euclid — Local services in Des Moines

Ordered cabinets in April that were due to be delivered within 8 weeks. I recieved a call that the cabinets were in and I went and picked up what I was told were all of our cabinets only to get home an hour away to realize that 2 main cabinets were missing. This was in June. When I called them to ask where the other cabinets were, I was told there were supply issues and the cabinets would be in by the end of August at the absolute latest. What a long time to be without a kitchen sink base! Come September 1st, cabinets were still not in! I called them ONCE AGAIN and was promised that without a doubt they would be in by September 9th, guess what? It's September 12th and still no cabinets! Now nobody in the store even has any idea where my cabinets are! So $3,500 later and I've been without a kitchen sink base and lazy Susan in my kitchen for 5 months!...

Visited this store today with my father who is a Vietnam vet and can not wear a mask due to a breathing issue. He tried to explain his issue where he was meant with I don't care you can't shop here without one. My father returned to car and I proceeded inside. Upon me leaving 2 boys and a girl are making fun of my father. I approached them and let the ring leader know if I ever heard him make fun of a vet again i would have his job. He thought that was funny. I offered to walk outside with the young man, he chose not to and everyone else decided they should apologize. A manager came from out of no where and assured me this was not appropriate behavior. I made sure they knew everyone would know their treatment of a veteran. I won't do business at a place that doesn't value...

Sold us a $250 washing machine that I had to figure out how to get home , have friends come over and carry to my basement and has multiple motor problems the washing machine has gave me codes to look up so I’m not just guessing. They only have 1 other washing machine in my budget and they only want to give us store credit so now we are basically out of our money and now have to have our friends come carry it back up and haul it back . How am I supposed to trust this other washing machine and I don’t need anything else for the “store credit “ . I’m highly irritated. I now have 2 broken washing machines and out $250 . I would not shop her for appliances at all unless they can show...
