While Jersey Mike’s is known for its fresh ingredients and flavorful subs, my recent experiences have highlighted some serious concerns with service. The level of professionalism among staff often falls short of expectations, especially considering the brand’s reputation.
On multiple occasions, I’ve noticed that even when the store is not busy and there is no one in line, the service can be surprisingly slow. Simple orders take far longer than they should, which creates unnecessary frustration for customers who expect efficiency. This lack of urgency not only delays orders but also gives the impression that staff are disengaged or inattentive to customer needs.
For a fast-casual establishment, timeliness and professionalism are just as important as food quality. Unfortunately, Jersey Mike’s in this case has not met that standard. More consistent training in customer service and time management would make a noticeable difference in the overall experience.

Read moreI was with another person, I walked into Queen on the radio, and a hard working lady at the slicer who greeted us upon arrival. Who doesn't appreciate that?! 😁 The 'Order Here' sign was easy to read and well placed. ✔️ After exchanging greetings, we were helped as first timers across the menu, and what kind of food Jersey Mike's has to offer, super easy and convenient service. 👌🏼 Food was being prepared while we explored the store and watched as the magic happened at the grill, meat sizzling, salsa verde in the air, ripe vegetables caramelizing, it was awesome! Food was prime, hit the spot, not skimpy, well put together, and the Vicky's sea salt vinegar chips were a perfect crunch for a hot, cheesy, toasty sub, (other person got roast beef, i was jealous a bit!) amazing presentation, and service included. Read moreSecond time now that I placed an order using the app and waited patiently for the car ahead to receive their order and yet when I pulled to the windows waited over 6 minutes for someone to come after sitting in line for about 20 minutes.
Once I told the woman my name twice did she get my order and noted that she didn't have a headset. Not being facetious, but I told her that this is poor customer service and if someone was sitting there they must have placed an order through the app or on the speaker.
Yet, I saw 4 people working today. Franchise owner, need to get this fixed ASAP as this is not acceptable. Not hard to make a sandwich.
