The staff here is pretty rude at times. I have come here often, but think I will change. They have between 3 to five staff at a time and more often than not they have people waiting while they shoot the breeze with each other. There is a blonde girl that works there that uses fowl language a lot. I won't repeat the phrase she said right in front of my daughter, but it caused me to explain some things to my four year old I wasn't wanting to explain yet. This is a coffee shop, you should not be talking that way. The manager is pretty good about greeting people and being friendly, but the rest of them aren't so much. They never have half and half, whole milk, soy, or skim milk out to top your coffee off. My guess is that is Starbucks being cheap. If you ask for it, they hand you a whole jug, which seems unsanitary and is difficult to maneuver when you have your hands full and a small child. The coffee is good, but come on. Its the same recipe that the store uses around the world so I am not going to give them much credit for that. The place is filled with flies! It is pretty gross and they don't seem to wipe the tables down often. If you are going through the drive through you will be fine. The staff gives them priority anyway. On more than one occasion I have gone in and watched 3, 4, even five cars get there drinks while I stood there waiting for mine. In other words, I ordered mine before them, but they always get...
Read moreif I could rate this is zero I would. Unbelievably horrible customer service. We got there at 8:15 pm tonight (a Saturday) to have a nice night out and visit over coffee. They close at 10 pm, at 8:30 the girl working put all the chairs on the tables and every employee was doing closing duties. We felt rushed out at 8:30. Only being able to sit there for 15 minutes and a rushed stressful 15 minutes of that. We ended up sitting in the car finishing our coffee and chatting in the parking lot until 10pm when they shut off the lights and officially closed. There were a few customers who went in to get coffee and none were allowed to stay because there was no seating. A few people went up to the building and saw the chairs all up and employees doing closing/cleaning duties and turned away. These employees lost the company a lot of business at this store. I wonder how many other days they chase people out of there an hour and a half early or more. Whoever was the manager on duty that night should be fired immediately. Wifi was also not working. Last time we ever go to this location. Definitely would not recommend this location. I wonder what else they do lazily or pretend they don't have so they don't have to clean up at the proper closing time. This used to be a good one years ago but not anymore. Interesting I just saw they have their employees...
Read moreI actually used to work at this location. I loved working here! The staff was very customer-focused, and we had many regulars that came in daily just to see us. The coffee is what you would expect from any Starbucks location, and any mess-ups (while not common) are happily remade upon request. While it is not uncommon for some slowdowns in the afternoon hours to occur with drive through times, it's not uncommon for the line to be wrapped around to the parking lot many times throughout the day. If there is one thing that I can say needs improvement is the freshness of the brewed coffee is very inconsistent, especially in the evenings, depending on the current staff working. This was something I brought up during my employment but it didn't seem to...
