I had ordered over $120 worth of food to be delivered to our hospital. The driver arrived early and then left the order on a table at the front door of a very busy hospital. Many people were in and out and could have taken whatever they wanted, as this is not monitored by anyone. He did not even give it to the receptionist who are only a few feet inside the door. Additionally, they did not give us everything we ordered and the sandwich did not have everything on it. When I called to speak to the manager, she became angry and raised her voice, saying, "There is no way he was that early. We only have 2 drivers and they have 11 other deliveries. She continued to tell me how this was my fault and that the driver did nothing wrong by leaving such a large order in a public place, unattended and he did not try calling again to notify me, even though he was there early. I am very disappointed, as we frequently ordered from this location. However, the service we received and the extremely unprofessional response of the manager has change our clinic's mind on order...

Gave a decent tip because I knew it was a Saturday afternoon and the weather was crappy. 45 minutes later I called the store to figure out where our food was. It still said “order received at store”…The young man who answered said that my food was ready but they “got swamped and they were trying to keep up.” I get that - but no updates until a text said that Uber was taking the delivery…and it went from 45 minutes to an hour… when I asked what could be done he said “well I don’t know what to tell you, your food is ready and they just aren’t picking it up. I just work here.” He was apathetic and rude. Then when we got the food, the unwich was a big pile of lettuce and toppings with next to zero effort to make it hand-held. Read moreI went to my usual JJ's location at 13th and Locust for lunch and my sandwich was wrong. My receipt clearly showed I ordered a 5 lbi with mayo no onion and instead I got an 8. Big difference plus I paid for them to put the mayo on it. When I brought it to the attention of the manager Sami, she acted as if it was a big nuisance. She was very short rolled her eyes then got rude with her employees. I understand mistakes are made but if a manager treats her employees that way no wonder the faces there are always changing.
