I enjoyed the atmosphere. Service stunk. Only one server and absolutely no sense of urgency. Bartender took our first drink order and told us he sent the server out for oranges. When he brought out our drinks he said she was back and would be over soon. Well… apparently we have different ideas of soon. Finally, she arrived. Took our app order. It can out and was fine. Then came the long wait. She never checked on us. We laid our empty cans down because the wind kept blowing them. We stacked our app plates. Still she didn’t return. It was not busy. I’m guessing 30 minutes later she came over and asked if everything was good. We informed her we were ready to place our order. She said she had to grab her machine and would be right back. Probably 20 minutes later she returned. This is after we watched her tend to other tables. She took our order and returned with the wrong drink. After another wait the other people at my table received their orders. I still had not. It was the chicken avocado panini. My SIL and hubby were almost done before mine came out. She finally brought mine and said it had just come up. It must have been sitting in the kitchen because it was not hot. Warm at best. I was starving by this time and my group was almost finished with their meal. The sandwich tasted ok but wasn’t filled with much. The sautéed veggies tasted fine but again barely warm. I would have mentioned the food temp but the server was no where to be found. I originally order the veggie panini but was told they didn’t have that one. Our check came out and I was surprised at the breakdown. My SIL ordered a cherry Pepsi - on the menu for 3.00. But I paid 3.00 plus .50 cents for the squirt of cherry. Say what? It was only 50 cents so more of a principal sort of thing. Menu says one thing, check says another. And, they charge .50 cents for a small container of ketchup. Hello - most of your sandwiches come with fries. Great money maker I guess. You could literally buy a bottle of ketchup for the price of one table of 4 - 6 people using ketchup. I get charging for extra mayo, ranch, etc BUT ketchup? I think this could be a fun place to relax and enjoy but there are some kinks that need to be worked out. I will, maybe, give them one more chance as sometimes it’s just a bad night with less than enthusiastic servers. But, I will sneak in a bottle...

Went there with friends on a Sunday afternoon, off hours but the place was still fairly busy. We had a group of four. The waiter took our order and three of four ordered. Admittedly I told him to come back for mine which he did a few minutes later and I ordered. After the appetizer the food came out two meals first. The third food order took approximately 10 minutes after the first two. After those meal were delivered I told my dining companions not to wait for me and to eat thinking my meal would be arriving shortly. Not so. Approximately fifteen minutes later, 25 total after first meals, my meal came out after dining companions had completed their meals. The waiter appropriately apologized. I took a french fry from the plate and told him it was ok (not his fault) but I expected the meal to be comped. He said no as I had already started to eat the meal. Really? Were they going to serve it to someone else. Dining companion made inquiry of the manager as to this incident and was told the same thing. My impression is that the kitchen staff has no idea what they are doing…. The table should be served together. The manager should acknowledge this…make whatever adjustments or changes are necessary… and do the very least by comping the meal. 3/1/24 I ordered the salmon burger and fries. The burger lacks flavor, just too bland. They have so many more delicious menu items that I enjoy more. * I would like them to add a dessert to their menu.* 1/28/24 I ordered delivery by door dash. My order was the fried chicken sandwich and fries. The chicken sandwich was huge and very meaty with a light breaded and the sweet potato fries were good too. This place has excellent quality food and service. 1/4/24 I ordered delivery by door dash. My order was pork tenderloin with fries and a side of onion rings. This was the best pork tenderloin I've had in years. Light crunchy batter, full of great flavors and WOW the size was huge. I had to cut it into 3 pieces to fit the bun. Fries were crinkle cut, which are my favorite. The onion rings were very good. Not thick or thin and very light breading and NOT greasy. Another great thing about this place is the way they package the take out orders. The onion rings had slice of bread underneath them to keep them from getting soggy. This was my first time for trying this place and I will definitely order...
