Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Des Moines

First time having a really bad experience here. Pizza Completly wrong, twice. Then to top it off, employee mad at me, told me it was my problem, I did it wrong, she spoke to me about the order and confirmed it and I told her yes, we did verbally talk about the order and you still made it wrong, she hung up.

All I wanted was the Epic stuffed large pizza no mushrooms. Well done, all veggies & pineapple, on 1 side of the pizza. The meat stays on both sides. Simple. And the 2nd pizza, pepperoni and sausage, again well done.

First pizza meat was fine, came with mushrooms and veggies covered entire pizza. But they split it Not sure if they added sauerkraut too which I didnt order, pizza fell apart when you grabbed it. 2nd pizza was burnt.

Called right away, told the person the error, told her the exact way I wanted it, said it was fine and will delivery it and hung up. Called back, because the first order was a pick up not a delivery, how were you going to deliver my pizza.

Took almost an hour to get here and again, veggies covered the entire pizza, had mushrooms on some areas and no pepperoni.

Called back and she practically cused me out and hung up. If I didnt have to go to class yesterday, I would have drove back there with the pizza. Pizza ended up in the trash, where it belong. Filled out the survey, waiting for a call back, let's see.

My kids do not eat veggies like that. Digging out the veggies in a pizza to serve kids is disgusting and not sanitary. I am allergic to mushrooms, hence NO MUSHROOMS ON MY PIZZA. I cant just remove the item, I'm allergic too and eat it. Some pictures are from the 1st pizza and the others...

If I could put 0 stars I would, we ordered delivery after a long day of working late at night, after I ordered online, i called right after TO MAKE SURE they do not ring the doorbell to not wake up my elderly grandma, and infant niece. The girl on the phone ensured me she would let the driver know. Later I am shook by aggressive POUNDING on my front door and the doorbell being SPAMMED profusely. The pounding genuinely sounded like someone tried to break in. This woke up my entire family at 2am including my grandma, my infant niece who wouldnt stop crying, and my uncle and aunt who have to get up at 5am for their jobs. I rushed downstairs to ask why the driver would do that but I was merely brushed off. I understood that they were closing and I ordered delivery but this gives the delivery driver no right to act this way and cause a disturbance to my whole family. I work a very late food service job too, I understand the pain of working this late but it is your job to do so. As if that wasnt enough, My pizza came out cold and had hardly any pepperoni on it. im severely...

Honestly if I could give 0 or negative stars I would. The experience we had last night was unbelievably terrible. I placed an order for a pizza and some wings at 7 PM last night.......and when the delivery finally showed up, first off it was a DoorDash driver, not even Papa John's, and second they showed up at about a quarter to 9 PM.....almost 2 hours after i placed my order. Not only that, they brought be the wrong order completely. The driver said they had to go back up and pick up my correct order, so now it was going to take like another 20 to 30 minutes to recieve my order. I called the store to ask what was going on and everyhting and to ask why there were so many mistakes and all the employee said, with a rude attitude may I say, was "There's nothing i can do about it". This is terrible customer service and is going to keep me away from here in the future. Next time I want to order a pizza, I'll keep Domino's in mind instead, and everyone...
