Very rude and condescending works on Monday October 20th at 2 pm. First it started with the absolute terrible app. I come in to get my food I ordered online and when I said my name they just completely ignored me. The lady walked away and started mumbling to the other worker about how my name is not on the screen. Started telling each other about how itâs probably ordered to a different store and went about their business. I tried talking to them about it and they just kept saying âNot on my screenâ. One lady completely walked away and when I showed proof that is was at this store and complete she just kept cleaning and pushed past to wipe down counters. Then they said âwe canât do nothing since itâs not on my screenâ. Honestly they couldâve just had just told me in the beginning that if itâs not on my screen I canât do anything but instead they gave me the run around and was being very rude about it. I donât know if they have an ego complex or because Iâm young they can be very disrespectful but it leaves a bad taste in my mouth.    Read moreWent into this store last night to order food for myself and a friend. Immediately as I walked in I was rudely great by an older woman wearing a pony tail. I canât specifically remember her name but it was something along the lines or Laura or Lauren. My sandwich was extremely burnt. I asked for toasted, I got charred. When I asked if my sandwich could be remade she scoffed and told me that was the only setting they were allowed to use.    Read moreOn 3/29/24, My mom bought and ate the Philly Steak sub for dinner. At around 5 am this morning, she got out of bed & hurried to the bathroom. She had a bad stomach ache, diarrhea and vomited up most of the processed beef. Of all the years my family has gone to this Southside DSM Subway (or any other Subway), none of us has gotten sick...until this morning.
We experienced good customer service. My Ultimate BMT sub was delicious, but my mom ended up ill hours after eating her beef sub. She seems better now thank goodness.
