Update 2018 (-1*): The business owner should do something about their parking lot. If I had a dollar for every time I went somewhere else, because their parking lot is full of sakari customers, well, I'd have almost $200 in the last 12 months alone. So in summation, the lot is always full, lobby is always empty. They clearly don't realize how much money they lose out on, by not enforcing their private lot. I'd guesstimate that the situation costs this location tens of thousands of dollars annually. (The average customer is FAR less tolerant of these things than I). If it weren't for Mallory, Sam, and Tony on the night crew; I would have taken my business elsewhere a long time ago! Lot photo added; lobby was completely empty at the time...

Im a frequent flyer of this Taco John's. I go here for 3 reasons The best fountain Pepsi this side of the Mississippi ( i assume clean machine lines ) 2. The Bean burrito - its a good sized burrito thats cheap, & its just beans & cheese. 3 The Drive thru Guru - Chad. Chad is just all way around awesome. Hes the best in drive thru in Des Moines if i do say so myself. Hes fast, friendly, & knowledgeable. He makes it a great ordering experience from start to finish and that why I call him "The Drive Thru Guru! This is a 5 out of 5 stars on every level. Highly recommend this Taco John's! Now go see...

Well I ordered my food and was told to pull around and wait for it to come out. Well after watching 5 cars go through after me and waiting just shy of 10 minutes I asked for a refund. But they were sorry because they were down to only one microwave. I can assure you had I been given this knowledge beforehand I would selected something different or chose to pass. So if you're in construction around this area I urge you not to go because you won't make it back to your job site on time. It would take less time at Palmer's deli than the "fast" food of taco John's at...
