Went in they were a little busy not bad, guys are working well with the customers as fast as they can. Both very nice, get to the end, lady working at the time seemed irritated, tell her what I have ask her to add chips an Queso says ok with an attitude.. then I pull out $100 she said I don't think I can break that checks she can't, ok, so I'm like I only have $100 she's like well I don't know what to tell you, I was like is there a place you know where I can break this she say the food place next store might (pita-pit) I believe I go I. There they were so helpful, said they just changed drawers but will get in the safe if they have too an they had to after I was done, go back over go straight to the counter because I'm not gonna wait back in a big line to just buy my food. She rolls her eyes an say I'll be with you in a second once he's done (another guy checking out) pay for food says here that's yours, I'm like you forgot my chips an queso, she then yells at the guys for forget it. They're trying to hurry as fast they can while still trying to communicate with customers she then rolled her eyes and proceeds to do it herself he's like I got it and fills it up she goes and stands by the register again rolling her eyes smacking her lips then when she gets the case so she said here and shut it towards me. This is on June 17 around 7:15. I get home proceeded to eat the food the chips are extremely salty so salty that I couldn't even eat them the queso didn't really have a lot of flavor and weird aftertaste my Barito the vegetables and it didn't have any flavor couldn't taste them the chicken was extremely dry everything just was not good, and so not worth the trip and hassle. Will not be going to this one ever again (first time to this store) Beyond...
Read moreI’m disappointed to be writing this review, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. I work with Uber Eats and today visited this restaurant for a pickup. I followed the instructions provided through the Uber app and waited patiently, even though the order was already prepared and sitting on the counter.
Unfortunately, the staff member at the billing counter — a lady who appeared to be handling customer orders — was extremely dismissive and unprofessional. Despite my polite attempts to get her attention, including greeting her with a “hello,” she ignored me completely. I initially waited, assuming she would acknowledge me after helping the customer she was dealing with. However, she proceeded to assist the next customer in line without saying a word to me.
Since Uber has strict time requirements for deliveries, I finally took the initiative to collect the order myself. Shockingly, she then publicly humiliated me in front of the customers for doing so — even though I was simply picking up the order I was assigned to deliver.
Uber Eats drivers are also customer-facing representatives, and we deserve to be treated with the same level of respect and professionalism as any in-store customer. We’re all trying to do our jobs effectively and on time.
This experience was not only frustrating, but also disheartening. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works with the staff to ensure better treatment of delivery partners...
Read moreI guess zero starts isn't an option. Can't speak for the food, because the meth mouth manager lady refused to serve my Lakota self when I was next. My partner and I were in line and they helped the other (yt) folx in line in front of us and then when our place in line came up she told her staff to stop taking orders from the line and yelled at us from across the restaurant that we would have to wait for a seated table of four yt kids to order first. They said dont worry about it, as they werent even in line and wanted to be chil, but the manager yelled over them that she wouldnt serve us until they were served. As a member of the Ogalalla Lakota tribe I don't need additional reminders that I am a second class citizen. It was hideously embarassing and dehumanizing. When I called the store to get the corporate number, store number and manager's name, the manager got on the phone and gave us a fake name, fake corporate number and said she didnt know the store number. Every other customer in the restaurant was uncomfortable and the all yt staff stood frozen, we just left because clearly BIPOC are NOT WELCOME HERE. I just wanted a dang burrito. Also comment@pancheros.com doesnt work nor the website...
