All in favor of vegan food! I'm not vegan, (or vegetarian (I don't know what I am (please help me))) but it's great to see more options in St. Louis' de-facto cultural nucleus. Sadly, the line here was not very long, so it looked less appealing than the food court's other options. (Probably partially due to the fact that most Americans wrinkle their nose at the thought of death-free food, or maybe just because it's relatively new) I ordered the chicken sandwich, (No side,) which the girl at the counter recommended me, and I enjoyed it! Not my absolute favorite, and they were busy behind the counter with something, so my food took a little while to get. The thing tasted like chicken to some extent, (Which is more than enough, as deep-fried chicken doesn't even taste like chicken 75% of the time.) I wasn't crazy about the breading on the chicken, though the slaw and the sauce went a ways to make it pretty tasty. Overall, not my favorite food court staple, but if you're vegan, vegetarian, or have general plant-based inclinations, (like me,) then you should definitely give this a try!

MAN O' MAN! When I tell you this food is sooooo good and fresh, I mean it! I'm not a vegan, but these vegan options are packed with FLA-VOR! I loved how varied the menu was and how easy it was to interpret (i.e., burgers, tacos, salads, etc.). The tacos were delicious, and the fish sliders had a great crunch to them. My favorite was the sweet potato fries! The service was great. I really admire how the owner was attentive to us, and I was really impressed that he was the person doing all the cooking! The raspberry lemonade was sooo yummy; you could tell it was freshly made. S.O.P. is located inside of Urban Eats. This was my first time visiting, and I find it very admirable that the restaurants are owned by local restaurant entrepreneurs. I will be back! It felt like home and a real community. PLEASE VISIT! WE GOT TO KEEP THIS PLACE OPEN! Parking: On-Street Customer Service: Great Cleanliness: Good Quality of Food: AMAZING! Price: VERY affordable!

Da "Picky" "Vegan".... The food tastes just as lame as this name sounds. In today's economy we do not have money to waste on processed food being pawned off as vegan. What "chef" (yes, the owner labels himself as a chef) do you know of who learned to microwave processed Morning Star nuggets in culinary school?!!! Is Canada Dry ginger ale, Lipton teas and other carbonated unhealthy drinks classified as vegan? Frankenfood, processed, chemical containing food is distributed to unsuspecting victims at this so called vegan eatery. It is truly one of the worst "back room of the building" dives you will ever experience. Save yourself the disappointment and simply purchase a bag of Morning Star nuggets and French fries from Aldi's. Slather the nuggets with a sauce of your choosing and drench the fries in whatever seasonings you have in your pantry.... voila! You, too, can be a "picky vegan!"

So I first let me say that I am not vegan, but a foodie who enjoys everything equally. I've dabbled with being vegan and vegetarian at different intervals in my life however currently I'm just a guy who enjoys good food.

Whether you have high standards for your vegan cuisine or just looking for a delicious healthy alternative, Chef Jon has you covered.

The first day I was greeted warmly in spite of the fact that I had to be coming in as Chef Jon was closing. I ordered the "chicken" sandwich with the garlic ground mustard relish and I have never been more deeply moved by a bite of food. The flavors in each bite take your pallete on a culinary journey that may very well make you reflect on your childhood.

Naturally, I had to see if this was a one off so I come back the next day to order another one of those smackin' Sidekick Sammiches and a Da Picky "burger." This elegant beauty was equipped with seasonings and flavor that the ancestors themselves had to have blessed! The disappointment I felt when I wolfed down my last bite will ensure that I return promptly for my fix. It was an absolute pleasure to consume delicious and playful food from a 20 year veteran...

Stumbled into this place today at the mall. I got two Picky Sliders with the side sweet potato maple fries. The fries were incredible and flavorful and (importantly to me) were not soggy or “candy” sweet. The sliders came on a thick bed of lettuce/cabbage with Spicy Ketchup and were Omni meatless. Very cheap combo ($7.99). On the way out I got the large Chikn Poppers that were smothered in an incredible mild hot Buffalo style sauce and garnished, that I got to eat with a fork. I think these were Impossible nuggets actually and got about 10 or 12 of them for $11.25 and had plenty leftover when I got home to eat more. There is a whole list of sauces to choose from for the poppers, including a Super Hot sauce I am very interested in for next time. It’s hard to get excited about new “mall food” but this place is above and beyond good. I guess I’m coming back soon to this mall just for this restaurant. If I have anything critical at all to say about the place, it would be that there are only bottle drinks served here and I am a person who favors fountain drinks. No big problem to me though as there are plenty of...
