I was hoping it would be a good experience. The buying experience for the most part was. They washed and cleaned it as requested before delivery. Fortunately they were able to discount the purchase price due to a number of imperfections, true kbb, and because I knew while they weren’t telling me I was eventually going to be putting money into it. Unfortunately time has proven that the many reviews listed are fairly accurate. It’s fine for a bit and soon fails. I had to get new brakes within a week of purchasing the car. I get that. It’s a used car, I get that the dealer can’t know when all of their cars need brakes. The bigger kicker came a couple months later. It has a slow coolant leak. It’s been inspected to be a water pump fairly. 4K job. No support from the dealership. I appreciate that they are willing to talk about the issue. Very Uncompliant! Guy named Shabir is full of it! Beware! He has van listed online for 17900 and once I gave him my info and got approved for financing. He tells me to come fill out paper work. When i come to the shop as soon as I shake his hands he tells me “I’m sorry brother but I have to sell the vehicle to you for 19900 (2k more than asking price!) I had my cousin with me who works at a dealership who couldn’t believe his ears. SHABIR stated bank wanted to pay him 14k for the vehicle and he wanted 17900. I asked if the car has been in a wreck. He informed me its been in 2 accidents! Claiming they were “very minor” a left sweep and rear and front collision. He tried down playing it. Theres obviously a reason bank wanted to pay 14k! My experience here at Import Motors was a 10/10! The selection and pricing was some of the best I’ve come across while out searching for a used car! As soon as we stepped on the lot we were greeted and helped with the car we were interested in! They let us know about the car’s history via Carfax and assured us it was ready for the road! Everyone was so nice, welcoming and made sure we were well taken care of! The buying process was easy and seamless, they also offered us an extra warranty! The dealer fees were a fraction of the cost compared to other dealerships around and that was a huge plus! After committing to the vehicle, they made sure it was washed and cleaned up!
