Azure Palm Café — Restaurant in Desert Hot Springs

I just met a friend here for lunch and it was amazing, to say the least. I had a Chicken Pesto Ciabatta sandwich that was fresh, zesty and quite flavorful. I ordered the homemade taro chips with it and was really glad I did. They were lightly salted and crispy without the heaviness of a potato chip. The Azure Palm Cafe offers homemade bottled juices and lemonades that are perfect for taking to the gorgeous outside patio where you can enjoy the view of Palm Springs and Mt. San Jacinto. Seek this place out the next time you are in the area, hands down the best lunch I have had in Desert Hot Springs. P.S. The food is better than I expected. This place has great healthy options. They have vegetarian choices. One of the spa workers recommended that we order our food online while we were outside enjoying the spa area because the food could take awhile during busy hours. We did that and that was very efficient. Order was easy to place. The ambiance in the cafe is pleasant with many seats available. We decided to eat at the balcony across from the Cafe that had a good overlooking view. The portions were small though. Otherwise I'd give 5 stars. The Chicken Sandwich looked the most filling out of our order.

We just hosted a 5 day and 4 night retreat at Azure resort. We opted for community breakfast breakfast every morning, one community dinner, and juice vouchers upon arrival. The Azure management and staff SHOWED UP! Exceptional service. Delicious food and drinks. We loved the dinner SO MUCH that we will likely offer our attendees dinner instead of breakfast when we return for next year's retreat. Highly recommend if you're staying in the resort and if you're not staying at the resort.
